Currently doing p90x again. Really let myself go after developing some health issues a couple years ago. Sucks because I lost a ton of weight:(
Whatever can't change that, 7.5 lbs down so far and fingers crossed some random crap doesnt pop up and take me out of it again.

MM100 Workout 66 - LIT Cardio
I took a 3-week break from MM100 but went back at it this morning. After MM100, I would like to do Barre Blend or Core de Force.1 -
Last day of 10 Rounds!! Love this program so much! 😍😍 Followed it up with MM100 Day 96 Lit Cardio since I didn’t have any Liift4 today.1

Yesterday was another leg day. 4 Weeks of the Prep: Legs. I woke up and my booty was sooo sore! But I drug my butt out of bed and went downstairs. Knocked out Liift4 W7D3: Shoulders and Arms.
Next up was 4WotP: Endurance and Agility but my Apple Watch decided that was when it wanted to push an update. Can’t say my feelings were hurt too much, I’ll get it done after work today.1 -
LIIFT4 W8D4 - Full Body HIIT
Completed the program! I think I'll be repeating weeks 7 & 8 for now.
I definitely feel stronger than when I started, it's gotten easier to deal with my bike now, I carry it up and down stairs because it won't fit on the building's elevator and I also store it using a bike wall rack that for some reason I mounted pretty high up the wall , also I love how my muscles are a bit sore after every workout, it's a great feeling. I'm starting to see my muscles more, my legs right above the knee used to be very skinny, they are finally thickening out a bit. Abs are more visible too, arms are gaining shape. My pushups while still not too good, are looking much more decent now. Overall a great program, just wish there was more focus on legs and a bit less HIIT.

I'll check it out! I've been eyeing up several programs to steal leg day from, I'm leaning towards Body Beast right now. Also I kinda want to do 10 rounds, maybe I'll check out some LIIFT4/10 Rounds hybrid in a few weeks.
That’s a fun one! I’m wrapping up a doubles calendar of Liift4/10 Rounds/The Prep. I only added The Prep because 10 Rounds is 6 weeks long.
