    Just do anything that someone follows up your hesitation with by saying "No balls!".

    Like, "Bro, go grab that electric fence with both hands and see how long you can hold on." and you're like "ummm... I dunno...", and they are like "No balls!".

    Nike that sh1t and just do it.
