For instance, I ran up the stairs from the basement to the third floor in my building and wasn't outta breath. It's my eating habits that have gotten back outta hand again. Oh well, ce la vie and I know, I got this. It's just gonna take time. And I know this works because I used myfitnesspal years ago and kicked all this weight to the curb.
