I had a c section 14 months ago and there is no sign of the pouch going away. It feels like I have no muscle, at all. Frustrating!0

:flowerforyou: Hi Ladies,
I don't really post much and I am doing this with my sister. For the first time in my adult life my BMI is normal. I have gone from 172lbs to 150.8lbs. I am really proud of that. I started on a local account and then moved to a full account.
I tried 7 years for my little boy and after 6 attempts at IVF He was born in 2008. I have stretch marks on my stomach (now silvery dimpled lines) and also I have been left with a pragnancy mask which looks like a tanned mostache. I am healthy and happy and one of my favourate parts of my body is my pregnancy pouch that is covered in stretch marks. It is a constant reminder that despite all the odds I did nurture a baby and had a healthy child. There are women out there ( I was one of them) that would be happy to have these apparent faults. Embrace it fopr what it is. An amazing mark that made you're a mother and that it makes you beautiful.0 -
I have had no kids and i have a belly and stretch marks...I envy you gals!0

I had 2 c-sections. Kids are 12 yo and 4 yo. The belly is getting smaller I'm still working on it! It might not go away totally but it will be the best I can do without surgery. (by the way this is the result of about 60 days of diet and 30 days of Turbo Jam, I didn't start to exercise until 30 days into my diet) Good luck on getting rid off the pouch everyone!

Hi I deffinately have the pouch, iv ha it since i was 24. I was a size uk 10 and i have been stretched to the maximum carrying over 13lbs with my twin girls and had a c-section and I'm now left with the wrinkly stretched marked belly that's saggy and I can lift up, I Have tried and tried but it really doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I really want a tummy tuck but would like to lose abit more weight yet and see where i am and then make the decision. I'm petrified of being put to sleep and have never been before I have always asked to be awake. If anyone knows of the miracle exercise please let us know0

I really just started this weight loss adventure in May but already have seen a HUGE change in my stomach its getting flatter and I`m seeing my abbs already and I still have about 30ish pounds to loose so yes it is possible to loose the pouch0 -

I have an 8 month old and I was huge when my due date came around (9.5lb baby). I didn't start working out until he was just over 6 months old. I have only lost 11 pounds but more importantly inches around my waist. I still have another 30 pounds I want to lose (the weight I put on after getting married).

I will have my KANGA-POUCH forevermore. I've been overweight just about all my life and preganancy was not good to my skin. I've got stretchmarks galore. I've got SO many that my dr. couldn't tell they were stretchmarks because they all somehow connected....LOL! You can tell the difference around my bellybutton...DEFINATELY stretchmarks. My bellybutton (if you can call it that) is a mere sad eye. The only way I see myself getting rid of this is through a Tummy tuck but I'm not sure if I am willing to go under the knife for asthetic reasons. :ohwell:0

Here I am at 39 weeks with baby #2. I was 120 pounds when I got pregnant and was about 178 here (gave birth a couple of days later). The second picture is of me now (he's 8 but I lost all of my weight by the time he was 18 months). However my stomach looks much better now than ever due to the weight training. I do mostly heavy weights and little cardio. I just watch my diet and workout 4-5 times a week for about 45 minutes. I weigh 110 now.

Hi Gals - I'm sorry I don't have a before picture. But, you have to trust me that I had a DECENT belly pooch after my two kids and I had/still have really bad stretch marks. I've worked really hard and my stomach has finally, in the last 6 months or so, (my youngest is 4) started to flatten out.

Thanks for sharing, all really impressive reductions well done everyone!
I have pretty much no hope of my pouch going totally but will be interesting to see.0 -
Thanks for the inspiration folks... those who posted pics, you ladies Rock!!!
I have also had a C-section and where I was cut (just above the bikini line), there is a yucky glob of stomach that I really wish would disappear... I love that I have my daughter but I hate taking off my clothes and feeling this fat there... Seeing some of these pics have made be hopeful... thank you!!0 -

Wow, everyone who has posted pics has done some tremendous work and must have some awesome skin genes! My stomach is a disaster zone. Looks nothing like the pics posted lol, not even before pregnancy!! I have some serious white stretch marks and a little kangaroo pouch, that I lovingly call the "kanga". When my 5 year old asks, "Mommy, why is you stomach jiggly/mushy?" I remind him it had to stretch out to fit him & his sister0

I worked soooo hard to get rid of that pouch! It's was really all in my diet and I do 2-3 different abs work outs 6 days a week, along with cardio.
**SORRY! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RE-SIZE THE PICS**
Wow!! Well done - you HOT HOT lady :flowerforyou:0
