I wasn't able to complete all 75 reps on all the moves, but I wrote down how many I was able to get in and my goal is to finish up those moves tonight.2 - 
            Working through 21 Day Fix Real Time again. To switch it up this round, I'm following the 21 day calendar order, but only doing the week 3 workouts and doing as many doubles as I can fit in.
Today was day 11 - Yoga. I don't really like Autumn's version of yoga, so I'm trying the 3 week yoga retreat. So far I've done Days 1 to 3. I really like them.

            Starting week 5 of Liift4. I'm really looking forward to shoulders this week as I know I will be increasing my weight for those presses. Last week my weights felt much lighter(but still challenging by the end)2

            Yesterday, today...and for the next few days my workouts will be box presses, box deadlifts, box heavy carries, box cleans...even box drags. Comic “long boxes” are heavier than they look. 😳2

Kind of regretted the gym sesh this morning when I had to do Isometrics. 😅 The burn is real! 🔥 💪1 - 
            Final workout of The Work! The Crucible!! I have my park workout tomorrow and then I think I will take a few days off. I want to do 3 Day Refresh before I start my next calendar.1

            Day 4 of morning meltdown 100. Any one else tried this one and had success? This am was total body badass and I’m thankful it was only 27 minutes long.

I did this program. My nutrition was *kitten* when I did it, so I truthfully didn't see results (other than getting stronger and able to do the moves better).
I enjoyed it and will go back and do some of the workouts when I want something different. Total Body Badass is one of my favorites! That one and LIT Cardio.
