Pecan pie is traditional in my house! From Pie n' Bugrger, yum.2 -
Hi fellow middle agers. Stopping in to say hello. Hoping getting involved in the forms will keep me motived (half way to goal, and starting to feel defeated at how long it's taking), and you seem like a lovely group of people to talk to. 😊6

How about pumpkin pie? Warm or chilled? My family always said cold others like it warmed
I'm not a fan of nuts so never pecan pie here1 -
Hi All,
I thought I'd stop to introduce myself. today is the first time I've posted! At 46 I'm nicely in the middle aged category. However I never felt middle aged until this year. I stopped running in November 2019 for a variety of reason and long with the covid weight gain, I'm feeling pretty crappy! Looking to get back on track with my diet and exercise and get back to feeling younger than my age!
I look forward to meeting some of you and for some support along the way .

Hi all. I love that you started a older group thread. I've just started hitting the gym, MFP and low carb. Age is just a number but joint pain isn't lol.
Add me and let's support one another ♡♡5 -

Thankfully I am off this week - woohoo! Great run this morning. It's 17 degrees here in Toronto so I am out for lunch on a patio. This does not bode well for my calories today . Have a good day all and enjoy your webinar/coffee.4 -

Thank you, Jo. We're all anxiously awaiting the outcome. Tense times.
Hope all is well with you.3 -
Forty-ish here! I believe that everything happens for a reason. Because of Corona I'm stuck working from home. However I have decided to upgrade my life by eating healthier and getting closer to my Lord and Savior. So, there you go...4

Remember remember the 5th of November.
While everyone near me is looking aghast at United States politics, I can feel slightly smug (on this one day) that at least in the states we don't have an annual effigy burning day. I do like the pretty fireworks though!
Hope you're all well.

We just did that, I'm so sad winter is here but at least I won't have a dump of a garden to look at all winter.1 -
Oh my goodness this US election is crazy and fascinating. I've been working out with workout videos for 1-2 hours a day just to turn off the analysis and tracking of the returns....so really thank you American for getting me fit!
It's so beautiful again here today. I'm wearing shorts! Definitely cleaning up the gardens today after my workout5 -
We've had a nice warm spell here as well. Although the boys are disappointed because deer hunting is this weekend and they like snow on the ground to see the tracks...1

It's brilliant viewing as a Brit.
Watching the republicans going slightly nuts is making me chortle!5
