Nothing to brag about. The snow storm in the PNW really threw me off. I was stuck at work and eating fast food again, with minimal steps. I think I should have lost some, but increased salt added water.

Hope to see a good drop this week, though outside walks are still a challenge in the snow.

This week's successes - I had my last day at work and my colleagues threw a party, I tracked every morsel that passes my lips.
Next week - I plan to get out walking every day no matter the weather. I have an appointment with my neurologist this week, she set me a goal to lose 21lb and I have gained rather than lost so I know she won't be happy, I just need to be strong and not let it send me into a meltdown and do more emotional eating which is what got me to where I am now

I'm extremely pleased with my progress this week.
Successes - Kept snacking to a minimum, got some good outdoor cardio in, and I'm kicking my husband's entire ash at Ring Fit Adventure, LOL.
Challenges - Hubs threatened to derail my week when he said he was jonesing for BBQ on Wednesday night, but I did manage to fit my order into my calorie budget. The knee I fell on a month ago was also starting to protest a little bit after my outdoor cardio, I'll need to keep an eye on it.5 -

I'm doing a 30-min weight workout every day and a 30-min walk. I'm logging everything, even if I go over my allotted calories (1900 a day). I've actually been eating more like 2300 a day and I'm still losing weight. I wonder how many I was eating when I wasn't keeping track.
It's hard not to get discouraged when I look in the mirror or see the number on the scale. I'm so much bigger than I've ever been before. But one pound at a time will eventually add up, and the time is going to pass anyway.4 -

This week's successes: inflamed chest muscle now healed
This week's challenges: TOM unfortunatley, which led to 3 ravenous days where I overate. Was finally able to get back to bellydancing fully on Wednesday, so a few days of no exercise and 3 days of over calories led to a weight gain of half a kilo. I'm just greatful it wasn't 2 kilos!! Looking forward to a full week going forward with exercise 6 days of the week and calories under control.

I have been off the rails snacking, and it starts today that I’m back on track. I know what I need to do, and I just have to do it. No more self-sabotage. I am worth good health! I deserve to treat myself better.
My family got me an Apple Watch for my birthday and this is my motivation to be the best me I can be.

This week's challenges: The scale is jumping all over the place and has me confused. Last week I weighed in at 207.6 and the next day it jumped to 213 then down to 209 the next. The up then down readings happened all week. I was afraid to step on the scale this morning. At first I thought maybe the batteries were low but my husband's weight has been constant all week. The additional running (kids sports games) costed me several workouts this week. Yesterday, was my first workout in four days and getting back into the groove was super rough. Thank goodness the kids sport season was condensed and this is the last week according to school schedule as of now. However, I learned my lesson - I need to come up with a Plan B for workouts.

This week's challenges: My calories are sort of all over the place. That's why I'm showing such a big loss today. I had some higher calorie days from the 12th-18th (2100-3000 cals), and then have been eating quite a bit less (around 1800 cals) for the last 4 days. I need to even it out and eat a bit more so that I keep a 1lb/week loss.6
