    Work has been kicking my butt. Only 2873 calories burned last week. Most days I did about 35 minutes of circuit training (400 calories). Today I swam an hour (900 calories).

    But down 2.4 lbs since last week, so not complaining. Will try to do better this coming week.

    Happy Monday! First week I didn't meet the goal but I totally did for week 2.

    Week 2: 5134 calories burned

    Week 3:
    Sunday 491 calories during 45 min of Asylum

    Hey all, gained 3lbs this week. Not good but I know where I went wrong.

    Didn't make the 5,000 goal this week either - only got to 2767. I plan to do the 2233 I lacked this week. 7233 calories burned, here I come!!!

    I have never been this driven in my life, this isn't a fad thing, one of those moments where I just want to loose a bit of weight, stay on track for a while and then slide back down into the fat zone. This has changed me, I think healthier now, even when I want snacks I still go for healthier ones. Here's to the remaining 110lbs!

    Like some of the other people, I'm probably going to be gaining weight for the next three weeks, then at the beginning of next month it will WOOSH down. That seems to be my water weight pattern. Since it goes lower each time, I assume I'm losing weight!
