That is really impressive I keep hearing about this 30 day shred will have to check it out. Well done.
Its totaly worth the money....I only paid about $5 on amazon.com and I think its about $9 at walmart or target....and all you need is a small set of weights...nothing else!!!

30 Day Shred is a work-out DVD by Jillian Michaels (one of the trainers from TVs Biggest Loser show)....Each day is only 25mins long (including warmup and cool down) She does ciruits of 3 mins strength training, 2 mins cardio, 1 min of abs....does that sequence in 3 different cicuits. It was great for me because I had a hard time committing to any longer length workout.0 -
hey i've been doing the 30 day shred for two weeks and decided to try this site again. how do i add the 30 day shred to my exercises?
Either use "circuit training, general" or if you have a HRM then add your own exercise!!0 -

I did 6 days of level 3 and then jumped to level 1 of ripped in 30, I think I am going to mix them up to alleviate boredom. My results have been similar to yours about 3 lbs on the scale but a whackload of change in the pictures! Keep it up chicky!!0

Thanks soo much for all of the supportive comments!!! I have never posted pics on here before and was nervous that people may make negative remarks about my photos....but so far everyone has been so nice and supportive. I am happy to hear that I have helped to motivate others. Hopefully I will post more progress pics when I finish Ripped in 30...then maybe onto P90x or Insanity???0
