Did you access from MFP site vs app, and look on a computer vs phone/tablet? Pretty sure there is a key on the spreadsheet but using my phone just now so can't check for you.0 -
This is amazing and I'd love to download so I can view it on my laptop but I've read all through but I can't see the file save as, just sheet 1 tab. Can anyone help me? I struggle reaching my protein goals.0

There's only one sheet.
You can save a copy to your Google drive if you want to play around with it.0 -
This post has made me consider baking my own whole wheat or other whole grain bread. Who knew gluten could be so valuable? I’m primarily vegetarian although I will occasionally eat tuna or chicken if I need extra protein, but I’m not a big fan of either. I’m kind of mesmerized by the idea of eating a homemade mini loaf of whole wheat bread now.1

This is a great resource and I will definitely use it weekly when planning meals to make sure I'm keeping my diet balanced!

Wow! Just renewing my MFP account and am working on increasing protein in my diet, so this will be super helpful. Bookmarking for future reference, thanks!2
