What youtube workout did you do today?

Last day of my 30 day yoga!
I've gone from hating yoga but thinking I need it, to being a 100% believer! Especially after my fall that I hardly felt any pain from!
I'm going to keep up this routine of doing 20 min yoga & 20 min upper body (or lower body or cardio or abs & calves)!
The older I get (almost 58) it's more & more important to me to be flexible, have good mobility, and keep my body as young as possible!
It works for me!1 -

@Deedoyle9721 Your comments hit a nerve! I find yoga to be one of the most painful and frustrating things for me to do. I am 55 and agree the practice would only benefit me. I just have to get myself there mentally. Thanks for the inspiration!1

Stretching, hip PT exercises, weight lifting (my own routine, nothing over-the-top), and elliptical for 20 min of the “hill” program. Total of one hour, 45 min, typically six days per week. Crazy. How did I become this person? Retirement makes it easier to do everyday. I enjoy it and it’s working! PS Hip problem since gone, just really don’t want it to come back!2

Did this one last night. It was so much fun. There's one part that has the Percolator song that I loved. You kick the corner and then a ball change and then kick walk back kick. The BPMs were just so spot on and the beat was so spot on and I was giggling through this part cause I loved it so much. I have now downloaded the Percolator song to my workout playlist! Do it!!1
