    A sickness (not Covid) made it's rounds in my mom's group this week, I'm feeling much better, but now baby and husband have it. Husband is handling it better than baby, sickness+ teething= she cried all night last night even when were cuddling 🥱

    If I want to make my end of year goal, I need to start weighing everyday for accountability and not spiral into 800 extra calories if I eat a snack that puts me over 😖

    Return to MFP after ~ 5-6 year absence (June 11, 2020) = 216.9

    Starting weight for this challenge (January 1, 2021) = 186.8

    Current Weight (November 1, 2021) = 185.2


    GOALS:

    ⭐ - Meet all the goals for the UAC challenge I'm also doing:

    😅 - Exercise at least 20 minutes per day

    📔 - Track everything I eat/drink

    🥅 - Stay within my calorie goal (according to MFP 1247/day)

    ⭐ Tracking on this challenge only:

    🏃🏻‍♀️ - Walk any distance

    🚴🏻‍♀️ - Get more bike time in

    📚☕ - Make sure I get some "me time" each day

    A much better day today overall. Got a good cleaning session in this morning while little lovebug actually ¡napped!

    I'm so close to the 30lb weight loss goal that I can taste it! 7 more pounds. I'm net +.2lbs for November so far, but this month is not yet half over

Also watched Holiday Wars on the Food Network. You ever watch any of those cooking shows and wonder how the hell any of them know what tastes good with something else when they say they've never worked with one or more of those ingredients? Sometimes I wish I had the time. money, and the room to experiment. Oh... and a willing guinea pig to experiment on.

    😅 - 👍️ - on our last dog walk of the night, Sienna and I ran into her boyfren and his human. The dogs were doing okay, but then, they just went nuts! Racing around Valentine's human and I, tangling leashes, jumping on each other. Sigh... they wrapped around us so hard and so fast at one point that, as we were trying to untangle the leashes, they both pulled really hard and Annette and I were thrown into each other and conked foreheads. I quite literally saw stars. So, Ibuprofen and an ice pack (a package of frozen peas we keep specifically for this duty) were my friends for the rest of the night. (It's now the morning of the 17th - I have a bump that only hurts if I touch it, it's not horribly bruised, and I have bangs (thin as they may be these days - the only thing thin about me these days is my hair :( ) that hide it.

    What a crazy dog encounter. I can totally relate… Roxie loves other dogs and even at 9 years old, she wants to fly over and play with them. I’ve fallen down from her pulling me so hard! Someone told me that if you stand on her leash it helps… but I have to put both feet on the leash and hold her collar.

    I hope you feel better. Thank God for bangs!

    📚☕ - 👍️ - The whole day was basically "me time" as I spent it with half-siblings that I recently discovered I had, and one cousin who was passing through on her way to spend time with her aunt in the Phoenix area. This was the first time I'd met two of the half-siblings, (I met the third prior to things getting shut down for covid when we met to have our DNA tested at a local lab. There are 3 more half-sibs in Oklahoma. Between the 7 of us, we have 5 mothers. I had some yummy things to drink yesterday - a cup of amazing hot apple cider up on the mountain and then a double chocolate porter that had the very suggestive name of "Sex Panther." No regrets at all... especially with the porter. Hahahahah! )

    📚☕ - 👍️ - The whole day was basically "me time" as I spent it with half-siblings that I recently discovered I had, and one cousin who was passing through on her way to spend time with her aunt in the Phoenix area. This was the first time I'd met two of the half-siblings, (I met the third prior to things getting shut down for covid when we met to have our DNA tested at a local lab. There are 3 more half-sibs in Oklahoma. Between the 7 of us, we have 5 mothers. I had some yummy things to drink yesterday - a cup of amazing hot apple cider up on the mountain and then a double chocolate porter that had the very suggestive name of "Sex Panther." No regrets at all... especially with the porter. Hahahahah! )

    So, last week, my daughter, in the process of backing out of her parking spot caught the front bumper piece on a pole and ripped it away from the car. Am I mad? Not really. Am I happy? No. But it's not my problem. She and her sister share ownership of that vehicle and her sister has the insurance on it. So it was her sister she had to worry about. Not me. Still.....

    Then, late Sunday night, my son let me know he'd been sick for the past week with Covid. Now, that made me mad. Not that he had it. That he didn't tell me he had it. GAH!!!!! He got the okay from his doctor to rejoin society this week, so he might come down for Thanksgiving. He did tell me, though, that he won't be able to taste or smell anything. Let me Gibbs-slap him silly for not telling me and we'll see if his senses come back. Sigh.
