1/2 cup of cherries, 5 oz 0% fage, 1 ounce of Pumpkin Elizabeth Granola and 16oz of coffee with a dash of half and half.2

2 small pancakes and coffee. Chopped 1/2 a small apple added to the batter. Splurged and used 2 tablespoons of real maple syrup. Still reasonable in calories, though, 260 calories. Will have a big salad for lunch.3

I used the paleo birch benders waffle mix to make 2 mini waffles and egg whites with 1 slice of bacon for a breakfast sandwich which was delicious with lots of strong coffee2

Roasted a chicken last night so leftover roast chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy.2

I bought the metrx protien pancake mix and I won't buy it again. It isn't pucky bad. I plan on finishing it. I just like the other ones I have tried better.

1/2 cup of quick oats, 4tbs of pb2 powder, sugar substitute, and water. It was sooo good tasted like a no bake cookie!

I had half of tuna sandwich. I work at a gas station and yeah that is like barely the healthiest thing we have other than protein bars and yogurt.1

It was a "treat" breakfast today. I made homemade gingerbread wirh reddi whip on top 😎 and coffee ☕
