    Egg white omelette with asparagus, peppers, onion, and feta. 2 slices of Morningside veggie bacon. Have an apple planned as my morning snack. What I find helpful is planning my day the night before. Gives me time to check the nutrition. Changes can always be made.

    Microwaved some frozen mixed berries and then stirred in Greek yogurt. I had this with a cinnamon raisin bagel.

    I was starving shortly after so protein oats seems to be more filling for me lol. It was good though.
