Time to shed a lot of weight.
    Starting weight: 224.8 pounds.
    Goal weight: 180 pounds.

Biggest hurdle: STOP eating so much damn food. Even when I'm not hungry I just eat and eat and eat.

    Day/Weight/Comment

    Weight: 224.8lbs
WTH!? Super depressing, but whatever. I'm fat. The veggie chips are bridge to get me off of cookies. Today was the first day in God knows how long I didn't eat about 4K calories in cookies.
Exercise: Exercise bike for 7 miles. 342 calories burned.
Food: B: 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg. L: protein shake, 2 pitted prunes. Din: 3oz chicken, 2 cups mixed veg. S: yogurt, 2cups of veggie chips

    3/22
    Weight: 223.9lbs
Yahoo! A whole pound in one day! Back to reality. It's most likely water weight, so not worth getting overly excited about. I'll be eating the same diet for the first week. I'm shooting for a 1K calorie deficit each day.
Exercise: Exercise bike for 7 miles. 280 calories burned. Walked 2 miles.

A tad concerned at the minimal amount you are eating, not sure if you are doing it for a short term quick boost to start your weight loss, but I feel the restricted diet is not sustainable for anyone. Hope you don't mind me commenting, just concerned for you.

I have about 28 kg to lose. I use measurements (centimeters) because they aren't affected by salt intake. My weight has been at this value for about 3 months, let's see if I can finally start losing fat.

    107.0 104.0 108.0 64.0 52.0 60.5 49.0 108.5 106.0 107.5

I'm actually not hungry. I'm just eating to make sure I have something during the day. Even when I have cravings for junk food, I'm not hungry. I just want something sweet to taste. Feels like trying to kick a drug habit.

@SModa61 Thanks for sharing. Pretty sure the temporary 1 pound gain was not the wet hair...if only it was that easy 😉 I did go back and reflect on my food the day before knowing I had eaten the same amount of calories....two actions were different. 1) I didn't drink enough water and 2) I didn't intermittent fast to 12:00 because I was really hungry. Part of my daily plan, if I have real hunger I eat. Because I knew this was within my fasting time, I ate a banana and then 2 cuties. They were added into my nutritional chart and my calories/nutrition was on target at the end of the day. But yesterday I made sure to up the water and maintain my morning IF. (I still would have had a a fruit/veggie if I experienced real hunger during that time....one of my plans for success is to not let myself get too hungry.). This morning I was back on track and dropped the pound I had gained the day before. Was it the dry hair, the water, keeping my morning fast....If I knew for sure, I could bottle it and sell it. This weight loss journey is such a learning experience and all I know for sure is if I stick with my plan I will succeed. I so appreciate this thread, the opportunity to stay accountable daily, and the wonderful people sharing this magical mystery tour together🌹
