We are a long-term group who support each other through life and the scale. Please join us in June for an accountability month and to head into the summer! Most people utilize the thread for weigh-ins, you may weigh in daily or weekly; do what works for you. If your goals are to drink more water, gain muscle, reduce fat, increase strength or cardio, etc, feel free to join us and track those items as well.

We are an encouraging group challenging and supporting each other's efforts to stay on track with our personal goals.

    Ok I'm in, although I'm on holiday for the first week in June.

    Its also the first time I'm joining one of these boards - all these years with MFP and I never knew it had such a huge interactive community! NIce!

    Here's my stats:
    52yo/F
    5'5.5" (165cm)

    May 30th - (day I go on holiday) - will weigh when back home.

    Goals:
    June Goal - 62.5
    UGW: 62.5kg (might go lower depending)
    3-4 30 mins Beat Saber sessions/week (I have stopped these recently due to illness but would like to pick them up again)

    Hi Everyone my Name is Kellie This is my first time posting in the community, actually this is my first time looking around the community. I am excited and look forward to the accountability. I want to eat Whole Foods, exercise, sleep better and lose weight.

    My goal for this month is to maintain my UGW. I know that as I am able to add more foods to my diet following surgery, the weight will want to creep up. I am hoping my surgeon clears me for some light exercise and I can start working on that this month. Hoping to increase my walking as well. Need to force myself to move!

    @TinaLeigh67 You are doing so well. I know it's under tough circumstances with your surgery, but as someone who has been following your journey for a while, just wanted to acknowledge you being below your UGW!

    I look forward to watching you progress through recovery. Hope you're feeling better and better every day!
