Wow! It’s July already!

I don’t know about you, but the summer is just FLYING BY!

The past few months I have just been struggling to get back into the swing of logging and weighing in daily… and it is definitely showing on the scale.

It’s time to find your groove, keep the groove going, or just maintain your groove. I choose to get my rhythm back and get it together .

    Hi! I’m planning to keep the momentum going. 🏃‍♀️ I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made so far. I want to be 126 by June 2023. Hoping to see 143 this month. I’m going to focus on my water intake this time.

    July 1…218.1. Happy Friday and Happy July 1st! I love the beginning of a new month and the opportunity of a fresh start. I’ve packed my lunch and healthy snacks and even pre-logged for the day. Enjoy your holiday weekend!

    July 2…219.7… yep, I knew yesterday’s weight was a gift. Logging is feeling better. It’s my accountability time. Reminder that I just have to watch portions and eat more veggies.

    • Stay under calorie goal 6 out of 7 days per week
    • Exercise 4 days a week


    July 1st 210 lbs. Tracked and met calories, no exercise besides a short walk. Traveling to NC to visit inlaws, may not be able to weigh for a few days.
    July 2nd DNW no scale. Ate below calories and walked a lot.

    🤩 PERFECT TIMING: I so need this challenge.

    I’m 62 years old, retired and would love to leave the 200’s behind. I’m traveling to Europe in October, and right now I am not in the right shape to really tour and enjoy. Time to refocus, and get back on track, so I can really enjoy life, and not be trapped by my body.

    07/01…...202.8…..(Trend Weight 203.0)….. It was a very emotionally disturbing day yesterday with my daughter. I definitely am out of whack today. No TMI, no sleep last night, and extra comfort food very late, right before bed. I feel like death warmed over today. I hope I can just relax later. Today is my son’s birthday who lives with me. I will take him on an outing on another day when I can feel better.

    July 1 - 163.4 (Happy Canada Day! Work gave us a four day weekend. My husband and I came up to the lake last night. Sun is shining!)
    July 2 - 162 (We got a 60 minute walk in yesterday in the heat and had a few drinks to celebrate Canada Day. Night was cut short as we had a huge thunderstorm and the Internet was so bad inside because everyone was in their trailers so we went to bed early and had a great restorative sleep.)

    I’m back in for my second month! Love being here! I lost 9 pounds last month. This month I would like to lose 8. At the end of June I hit a nasty plateau and was really hard on myself about it. I’m hoping to break that plateau the first week of July. I definitely need to get moving more on the weekdays! We can do this!

    7/2: 228.5 Didn’t get my swimming and walking in like I had planned due to rain. Did yoga and walked in circles in my house instead. Swimming planned for today. Big party planned for tomorrow!
