    I've been MIA for the past couple of days- work just got crazy! I only added an hour but I will surely kick it in gear to meet my goal!

    Wow .... everyone is doing so well.

    21/09 - 30mins air walker and 7192 steps > 172 mins = 202 minutes.

    not as easy as I thought .... 9 days til end of month and I still need loads (at least 417 minutes per day). Better shake my @ss
