My question is this: Why do so many workout videos have such lame music?? Is it the copyright issue? If so, why don't all of the tik tok videos get struck? Just wondering ... it's my biggest gripe about the YT workouts (BUT they are FREE so I guess I can't complain too much!)0

I did the first and second segments of this workout and then I went and played tennis. I do plan on doing the entire workout at a later date. It was awesome. I love when Chris works out by the pool.

I did this one last night. This is one of Chris' early uploads at the beginning of the pandemic. It's a great workout. I'm not surprised her popularity has exploded. She is an awesome instructor.

I love to really push myself on cardio days but, I HATE jumping around. I recently started doing growingannanas's low impact, high intensity workouts. Muscles I don't even know exist burns during this workout. Drenched in sweat every time. 10/10 would recommend

My husband and I played tennis for about 35minutes last night. Then the skies opened up and the rain came down. I hadn't gotten enough steps yet so I went home and did this gem.
