What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My mini goal is to lose 30 lbs. so I can be under the weight requirement of the new Kayak I want to buy! All this on top of just being healthier.11

To get out of my vacation mindset!
I didn't have an internet connection while gone and that made logging food difficult, so I stopped logging. While I wasn't exactly eating poorly, I wasn't really watching macros either. For me, success in weight loss and maintenance is about hitting my protein target (or I get the hangries and eat with reckless abandon). Exercise was also not as regular on vacation.
I've successfully logged for the last 2 days. I hit my macro targets today. However, I didn't exercise and I should have. Tomorrow is another day.7 -
Losing 5 more lbs before my Dr appt next month so I can be “overweight” and not “obese”.11

I want to lose about 20lbs or so - ideally by the end of the year.
Probably more importantly I want to focus on the process and doing the right things everyday that lead to that goal - After losing about 50lbs I decided I wanted to take a break from the things that led me there (calorie tracking, eating healthily, exercising reasonable amounts). It’s amazing how much better you feel when doing the the right things than when you ‘take a break’ and ‘treat yourself’.6 -
My mini-goal is to log my food intake and exercise for the week. I saw some pictures my husband had taken of me and gah! I need to step it up a notch. Why is the picture I have in my head so different than the actual one? Lol.5

I havent been able to post here recently because absolutely nothing was motivating me...I could care less about my health and choices the last few weeks. Now after having a check up and getting some scary results...whats motivating me is..me. I dont want to let myself down anymore. I want to see progress and feel pride for really putting in the work. so for now I have 3 months before my next check up and I want to see some weight loss and a better a1c reading.18

To start exercising 3 times a week again. I have really slacked on this since I started a new job and I can feel it and see it. I am ready to feel STRONG again.11

I am 5.6 lbs away from my goal of 45 lbs lost, so my mini goal is to reach that before my daughter's wedding in November.11

Cutting my 10'54" mile to 10'30". Seeing 137 on the scale before the end of August. Fitting into some size medium undies for working out. I bought a 6-pack but haven't been brave enough to open the box yet. I think I will open them as soon as I see 139 on the scale again. That was my weight Tuesday this week.6

Losing all weight gained in 2022 (fingers crossed about 2 weeks to go). Next up: chipping away at 2021 weight by end of this year.9

Ok, I'm back into the swing of things! Now I'm realizing that the weight I've been maintaining has put me slightly between clothing sizes. I've decided to cut calories again to try and lose just a few pounds so that my clothes can fit comfortably at the new size. My goal is about 5-ish pounds by Halloween. Slow and steady...

To get into the healthy BMI range, just under 10lbs to go. It's probably going to take awhile as weight loss has significantly slowed down but that's ok, it's not a race.5

Mini goal is to reach 175, that will put me in the overweight category, not obese anymore. I am also hoping it will get me into size 10 jeans. I just started wearing my size 12s finally.
I want to accomplish this by my birthday in September, a little over 5 weeks to lose 9 pounds. We will see, I am going to try and get as close as possible!11 -

I am training for my first 10k and aiming to finish it in less than 70 minutes (11:17/mile pace)13

I feel fit, enjoy physical activities such as swimming, biking and martial arts.... Now, I just want look fit and have my blood work indicate that I am healthy! Get rid of this fat, that is covering up my muscles, and actually have a waist.9

Achieved a significant personal goal today - all the weight from 2022 is off! It's taken me 8 weeks to do it.
My next goal is to chip away at 2021 weight - I am hoping to beat lowest in 2021 by end of this year.14 -
I’m just half a pound from my 100 pound loss on here. I’m actually down about 110 pounds down already from my highest recorded weight already, but seeing it go to 100 pounds lost on here is going to be pretty cool. Just keep going…14
