0.2 away from 138! I'm losing very slow on purpose and it's motivating to keep going because it's working and it doesn't feel like a diet at all(I've had ice cream every night for the last week!)10

Fitting into shorts that were always too small for me5 -
My next small goal is getting back into my 2xl shirts and coats. So many good ones that I miss wearing. Another 20-25lbs and I think I will be there!5

My mini goal is to kick start dropping lbs. again. I've had a 6 week stall. Since end of September I've only dropped 1.5 lbs. Not sure if it's the onset of fall/winter and not moving as much as summer or not being so diligent in counting my calories. So will have to buckle down and get the lbs. dropping again. I've got big goals to meet.

Same except my stall has been for a few months, seriously back at it again for about a week, hopefully the scale will be going the right direction for awhile.6 -

Reducing my pain and being comfortable in my clothes again. I have a lot of chronic pain and I really need to get back to a physically comfortable weight again.9

Next mini goal is 136 so I finally won't be in the overweight category anymore (fingers crossed for the last time ever)9 -

Newest mini goal of mine is to have a little more wiggle room on the next flight whilst sitting in those little teeny tiny airplane seats.9

I am 2lb away from exiting the obese BMI range and entering the top of the overweight BMI range.17

Just trying to get back to a normal routine of working out. I was sick for a few weeks and fell out of the habit. I'm currently clawing my way back to the routine. Thanksgiving didn't help, but that's ok, I'll get there.
On the plus side, I have maintained my weight during this time. That's a win.4 -
Maintaining weight during the holidays4

My goal is to eliminate heartburn without using medication. All kinds of bad habits to break!8
-
Mini goal is to work to get 5 % of my body weight off …..which I think is a positive health goal to start with as the lbs are starting to fall off, slowly & surely!7
-
My current mini goal is to get to onederland. I've been within 2 pounds but currently fluctuating and struggling to get under 202.8
-
5 lb gone before Christmas. That would be just over 2% and a nice start. So based on my weight yesterday (because I forgot to weigh myself this morning), goal weight is 237.8 by 12/255

My motivation: get to 200 by the end of the year. I am going to have to really push myself, but I believe that I can do it. I am trying to go from a size 38 waist down to a size 36 before the end of the year. I am stepping up my gym time and exercises. I am varying between cardio and sterngth training. I am also going back to intermitent fasting. I am hoping that with all of this combined I will lose those pesky 2 inches.3

Competing in my first show, March 2023! 💪🏼5

10% of body weight, another .8 kilo to go. But that is the smallest of my goals, After that, still need to lose 25%.2

My mini goal is ten pounds down by mid February when I’m going to Aruba. It’s going to be tricky with the holidays, but I’m confident I can maintain discipline while allowing myself a couple specific days of calorie overage.3

My long term goal is to hike Mt. Killemjaro in 2024. I have lots of weight to lose and training to do before then. I have a trip to Greece in April/May and I want to lose 50 pounds by then. Then summer and fall training for my hike.7
