    Pasta with squid tentacles and Chilean sea bass in a marinara sauce. This ended up being much better than I expected. It wasn't the original plan which involved fresh garlic, tomatoes & olive oil but we weren't able to get to the store so I had to make due with what was in the pantry.

    Ethiopian Yellow Split Pea Curry (Kik Alicha) with Spring Onion Rice and Runner Beans. Really enjoyed this as it was the first ‘intentional’ meal after too many days ‘making do’ to use up what was left in the fridges after Christmas guests etc.

    Air fryer buffalo wings, lentils cooked in the broth I last made corned beef in, carrot sticks and ranch. Sauce of zhoug mixed with yoghurt for the lentils.

    Lunch after my first PT session of 2023. I usually just do a protein shake bc exercise suppresses my appetite and sometimes makes me nauseous., so I usually plan a bigger meal for later in the day. But today I’m actually hungry.
