Any recommendations on YouTube workouts with a circuit structure??
3x3x3 is my favorite (3 circuits with 3 exercises in each circuit repeated 3 times), but any circuit workout is great. Doing the one on the Body Project channel on YouTube but looking for others that don’t require equipment. Kinda hard to find because YouTube is filled with influencer fitness content these days that I’m not keen on. Thanks in advance!1 -
Well finally someone else posted on this thread! Unfortunately they were just asking a question and not posting a youtube workout.
Didn't do any youtube workouts over the weekend. I dog sat a golden retriever and a lab/pit bull mix. Taking care of 2 large dogs is quite a workout. Had a lot of fun with both of them but were glad to hand them back over ot their caretakers.
Planning on doing my walking youtube workouts during this week. Hope more people will post here.1 -
@meb2490 I just wanted to say thanks for posting your workouts. I have been doing a few of the workouts you have posted and found them good for a change. I do lots of Team Body Project workouts because they are usually all standing. I did this one today...

@meb2490 Hey! I was here a couple of months ago under (Raquelfit2) I decided to take a break but now I'm back for a second try.
Love it you're here still posting videos! I'm so out of shape so I really need to do this again. Starting very slow and easy.

Hi! It's Dee, I started this thread in May 2020 and once I reached my goal a year or so ago I stopped posting my food and exercise. I was happy to see this thread still going! This year, well since Thanksgiving, my normal cutting back to lose weight is not working so I'm back here posting food & exercise until I lose 8 lbs! Awwww, thank you! That's so sweet of you! It's just a time-consuming thing to add your food in everyday and once you reach your desired weight it was one thing I could cross off my daily to-do list. I do have a small group of woman to be accountable to with my workouts that keeps me motivated! But it's so fun to be back and see all you ladies and your posts!!! I'm sorry you worried about me and I promise to be more polite when I reach my goal and let you know when I sign off again!0 -

I don't use the My Fitness Pal App. I only come here because I enjoy this fitness forum. I love Fitness Forums! I don't track my food. So glad you are back!!1 -

meb2490 Hello! What is your weekly routine?
I get bored easily so I need variety with my workouts and the trainers which is why I started this thread to get new FB wo ideas!
I work out M-F, for 40 min.
Here's my routine:
Day 1 Upper Body w/weights & stretch/yoga
Day 2 Cardio w/ 3lb light weights & stretch/yoga
Day 3 Total Body w/weights & stretch/yoga
Day 4 Pilates & Yoga
Day 5 Lower body w/weights & stretch/yoga
Day 6 Cardio walk & stretch/yoga
Day 7 Total Body w/weights & stretch/yoga
Day 8 Something Different! And stretch/yoga
I do 8 days so each Mon/week is different.
And I've added in 10-20 min of stretch/yoga after each workout because I'm getting older and many say it's The Fountain of Youth!0 -

For me, pilates is most always harder than it looks and this one had its hard parts for me, I don't love pilates day but I think its good for me 🙂
