Hi there! I’m Amanda from Michigan. Pretty cold and gray here but I plan to visit Bali this year so I keep that in mind. ☀️
I start radiation therapy for breast cancer treatment this month and have no idea how my body will react to that, so I’m setting my goal low, to get into Onederland and stay there, even if it’s 199!

02/01-194.6-(Trend Weight 196.7)- It’s a short month but I will not lower my expectations for myself. I want the next five pounds gone! That would literally be finding me dipping my smallest pinkie toe into the warm welcoming waters of the 180’s (189.8). What a dream! It’s sink or swim!
02/02-196.6-(Trend Weight 196.7)- Travel, restaurant, no water pill x3, adult beverages. I didn’t like seeing this number, obviously. I will be home today and all of that will be remedied. I do have leftover Chinese food so I will be pushing water. Already sipping…..

I did not check in last night obviously as I did not have the February shortcut etc (I have a system).
Valentines day has always been my favorite holiday regardless of relationship status. To me it's about loving your family and friends and yourself and pink and red which are my favorite colors especially in such a dreary time of year. It also means my birthday is on the way!
