I'm one month from my one-year point in this journey I'm on with weight loss and healthy eating. My mini goal is to be below 260 lbs on July 11th. I would really like to be at 258 because I started at 298. Then I could say I lost a total of 40 pounds in one year.14

I am stoked with the drastic results in my thighs due to lifting hand weights at home, doing the bridge pose, using proper form with ab work and hydrants. Learning to slowly increase protein has also made a huge difference. Mini goal is to see more of my cheekbones and my jeans fit a smidge loose.6

My mini goal is to lose 10 lbs. so far I’ve lost 6, since restarting MFP 1 week ago. Overall, I need to lose at least 50 by next summer (two of my kids are getting married and I don’t want to ruin the photos being so heavy). I have broken it up in to 10 lb chunks, to try to make it feel more manageable. So, 4 lbs to go and then I’ll be 1/8 of the way to my goal! 😋. I really enjoy reading these posts… helps me feel less alone in my journey.13

Mini goal: Get under 170 by the end of the summer! I've already told my little brothers that if I can do it I'll buy the new Zelda game for us to play together - it's a powerful motivator to get them to go hiking with me11

to get to 75kgs im 88.5kgs as of today i want to get to 75kgs by august-september getting so close now i was 119.1kgs in november 20226

My mini goal is to lose four pounds of fat by the end of next month.
I'm 139 lbs right now and my bikini just doesn't look so wonderful. At 135 I'll be able to wear it. At 130 lbs I'll be able to wear it and feel confident. But right now I'll take wearing it and feeling insecure but still being able to wear it.6 -

My daughter's wedding in September. 140 is the top weight for me not to be overweight, but hoping to get down to 135 before the wedding. I'm at 147 now.8

For me sky diving. Oddly enough I was looking in the UK and you have to be about 70kgs to do it. That is my goal.9

Mini (30 days): 1% drop in weight and BF. 5% increase in strength and cardio. Macro (180 days): 235lbs down to 210lbs, 15-20%BF, 50% increase in strength, flexibility and cardio.6

I am 240.0 and my 1st goal is getting to 240.0, but I want to eclipse 240, and have at least 239 as the goal.6

I will see my sister July 24 so I want to look better by then. That means keeping my calorie deficit above 400 (except Sundays) until then. I've been on my sister challenge for eight days; so far I missed one day and lost four pounds!6

Another 10lbs. I started saying I wanted to lose 75lbs but that really overwhelmed me. So I do increments on the short with 75 in my mind. I just hit 199 and I worked HARD for that under 200 mark lmao. My next goal is 189. Onward and upward.11

I started so I would be thinner for the cruise I'm taking with my granddaughter next month. So far down 35 lbs and hoping for another big 10 off....but at least I look and feel better than when I started. I want to find a new goal now....maybe another trip!8

The last time I posted was 2 months ago. I am FINALLY out of the Obese category and into the OVERWEIGHT category. Ive lost 10 pounds since Spring. I needed to lose 8 to get here...and my next BIG goal is to lose another 12 pounds for late November. My Mini Goal is to lose 3.5 pounds and get below 170 lbs. Congratulations to everyone on your impressive achievements!!13

My mini goal is to be below 260 lbs on July 11th.
You can do it! Your comment caught my eye because I want to be below 260 lbs by my July DMV appointment. (Photo time!)
I've been "trying to" get below 260 lbs for years now, but I just kept fluctuating between 260-ish and 280-ish. Time to get serious! So I started fastidiously tracking my calories a couple days ago, and made a plan to continue doing this for one year. I already have my meals mostly planned out through Monday. I will not fail myself again.
I also want to comfortably fit into my reading chair. Hard to relax when I have to squeeze myself into it10 -
My mini goal right now is to lose 10lbs by August 5th. That would out me at 180lbs. This would make it so I can fit into my dress for our 26th wedding anniversary.10

My first goal is to lose 10lbs. I just started a week ago. my next goal is to be down to 200lbs (currently 251) or out of plus size clothing, whichever comes first9
