    Ultimate Goal Weight: not sure want to focus on small obtainable goals so for now 199 by new year.

    My name is Donna. I am 63 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5โ€™ 5โ€ tall.

    Start Weight (from Oct 31, 2023 ): 181.4
    Goal Weight: 177.4 (4 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iโ€™ll know it when I get there!)





    Weight in blue makes me blue because itโ€™s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itโ€™s a loss. Weight in black means no change.


    11/01-181.2-(Trend Weight: 184.5)- I have managed to stay out of the Halloween leftover candy so far. If it makes it until Friday evening (yes every minute counts), it will go to my teenaged grandchildren when I see them. Good luck everyone this round.

    11/05-184.6-(Trend Weight: 184.2)- My scale weight is up but my trend weight is down. It certainly has been a very strange and confusing week. Some small scale gains I understand, other days it just doesnโ€™t make sense (like this morningโ€™s after a 1010 calorie low carb day yesterday). Iโ€™m just going with the flow I guess. It should all even itself out.
