Ugh, can't sleep. And when that happens I raid the pantry. Won't be pretty tomorrow.

Those are the worst nights. Hopefully tomorrow is a fresh start

Hi. Im liz 69yrs live in sunny bulgaria now
I have gained weight since retirement used to be 74kg now 85kg so lots to loose.
I will try and weigh every day but find it sole destroying as i can gain 3 kg without any problem and keeping calorie deficient
So fingers crossed here we go again
    Alcohol free now

You don't have to weigh in every day! I focus on my habits and it's still great to check in daily!

What's up WhiskeyDeltaKilo? Does WDK stand for We Don't Know or is there another meaning for your handle? Just curious. I'm not savvy with social media and not up on the meaning of frequently used acronyms. Lima Oscar Lima. Ha!
