    Hi! I'm Chris - 73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    02/01 - 149.0 at 5:30 a.m. ...aught the nasty "c" stuff AGAIN!!!...ugh!
    02/05 - 151.0 at 5:30 a.m. ...Grandson Duty then 5.60 miles in 115 mins in cold wind and rain.
    02/12 - 149.6 at 7:30 a.m. ...60 min workout w/my trainer
    02/19 - 148.1 at 8:10 a.m. ...60 min workout w/my trainer then worked on our taxes :p
    02/26 - 147.2 at 5:30 a.m. ...Grandson Duty then 60 min workout w/trainer
    02/29 - 150.0 at 5:30 a.m. ...Grandson Duty then DMV to renew my license and take the test!!!

    @GinLee61 Congratulations on hitting your lowest weight in 20 years! That is so INCREDIBLE!!! Even if you teeter-totter back and forth a pound or two, just being able to reach out and touch it is so AMAZING. Celebrate You my friend. You deserve it! I hope you will kick that fever and feel better soon.

    @deepwoodslady - thank you so much!! I started to feel better yesterday afternoon and I actually felt like cooking. This morning I feel even stronger and hope to do an abbreviated cardio workout to ease myself back into exercising.
