    A decent week. I stuck to my calorie limit 6 days out of 7, one day off to go to a restaurant. Same plan this week.

    Wore a pair of trousers yesterday that I previously couldn't fit into.

    Wearing clothes you couldn't fit in before is a triumph!!!

    I keep yo yo ing around 155. My goal was 150. You would think, "what's 5 lbs?" but it is tough. I get on a losing streak then 1 big meal blows it. Now it is our anniversary (dining out) then Easter next week (huge dinner). UGH. I need to be sent to a slender spa for a month or something.

    Enjoy your special day! It only comes but once per year. The scale is not nearly as important as your time celebrating each other and all the time you've spent together as a couple! That special meal, that glass of wine. It's nothing that can be quickly resolved later! Have a Wonderful time. Wishing you many more years together and lots of Love!
