Protein Bagel Thin, 2 air fried slices of prosciutto and romaine (cheeky bit of ketchup too as no tomatoes in) then my friend made me an instant coffee with a splash of oat milk3

A slice of toast with peanut butter, cottage cheese, cinnamon and half a banana. Plus a coffee!5

Having a coffee with cream/sugar..I have to go to the grocery store so might pick up a country egg/cheese biscuit/grits on the way.3

My regular: coffee, steel-cut oats sweetened with a mixture of dried plums, dates, and figs, topped with blueberries and walnuts. It delicious! Lately I've been adding tablespoon of whey powder to get my protein numbers up.1

The other half of my Sonic bacon burrito. So good! But I'm still hungry. After my second cup of coffee I'll decide what's next--maybe a rice cake with whipped cream cheese.1
