Hello fellow dieters!

Hello! I am Eve, and I am a college student looking to lose ~30-40 lbs so I can live life to its fullest! Im here to get more toned and to lower my body fat percentage. I would love friends who are here to motivate, and get motivated! I would also appreciate tips and tricks to lose weight most efficiently! Ways I lose weight already include~ Intermittent and regular fasting, keto diet, meal prepping and planning, tracking my steps, logging food!
