    I'm in! Now if I can just remember to log in each Saturday. I'll set a reminder on my phone. After surviving the searing heat of summer by jogging in the pool, I'm back to running on solid ground now that the weather is cool. I'm glad to see so many people here to encourage each other.     Lost so far in October ... I'm 1.5 lbs down already, just need to keep that going now! I come off the meds in 7 days so while the first week or so may be tough I am hoping for great things after that!
