    I didn't reach my goal. However, I am glad that I did set a goal. I can't wait for the October challenge.

    Day 30 of challenge
    Did 3 fast miles.

    September Goal - 50 miles
    Miles walked in September - 100!!!!!! :happy:
    Doubled my goal! Can't wait for October!
  • When I started I thought 30 Miles was a reasonable goal for myself. I am very pleased to say that I have walked 110 Miles this month. I am excited to do it all over again in October!

    I met my goal walked 45 miles :) I was hoping to go over but I can't complain about making what I set out to do.
  • Forgot to post for awhile. And forgot to track a couple days. Here is what I think I ended up with (not counting a couple days i forgot to track, so i fell short of my goal :( )

    Tues- .5 walking dog
    Wed- 5 mile leslie sansone
    Thurs- 0
    Fri- 1.25 walking dog
    Sat- .5 walking dog

    7.25 walked this week; 51.5 miles down, 23.5 to go! i think i can do that this week :D


    Sun - 1 mile walking dog
    Mon - 3.5 w/ dog and leslie
    Tues - 1 mile w/ leslie
    Wed - .5 w/ dog
    Thurs - 5.5 w/ dog and ;leslie vid
    Fri - 1 mile w/ dog
    Sat - 1 mile w/ dog


    13.5 miles walked this week; 10 miles to go; didnt make my goal of 75 but hey 65 miles isnt bad for someone who never walks! :D

    Keeping it going..... 2 miles tonight with Leslie!

    Probably walked another mile in Walmart shopping with my mom..... but not counting that!

    How do you count the new dvd? Do you use walking, aerobics. strength training? Not sure how to track it. I love the new dvd it is awesome!!! What a work out!!! Thanks to anyone who can get back to me!
