That's a lot of races @martaindale ! I had thought about trying to do the 50 states, but at my age I decided I wouldn't have time. I guess I would if I did 5 a year!

You'll have to let us know if it helps @AlphaHowls .

@chris_in_cal I didn't know you had solar panels. That's great. And, I know people who grew up with natural gas love it, but those of us who didn't....I guess it's like everything else. If you aren't familiar with you, it scares you.

    Great running @kgirlhart .

Those are great temperatures for FL @Teresa502 . You do so great with your running when you aren't home. Trips usually "trip" me up.

Shoveling is a hard workout @daria0919 . As I recall, your driveway is up a hill. I know how that is. I can drive on level ground and snow, but not on hills.

So...I got some test results back because I've been coughing my lungs up.
Appears I have COPD. This is interesting. I've never smoked in my life, so must be from everything else, maybe abestos, definitely 2nd hand smoke, probably gunpowder smoke, lord know what other toxic chems I've been breathing in, maybe throw in a dash of long covid. Need to go do more testing to see how severe it is.
This might explain why I get sleepy when I start to run, besides now being as slow as a slug, especially over the last couple of years, my speed just fell off a cliff.
Anyone else dealt with something similar before?

My sympathies on your struggles @WarmJellyfish , I've been dealing with issues since my last bought of COVID (why I now run on treadmill for the winter, as I just cannot catch my breath outside in the cold). Hopefully the further testing will show it is not too severe!

Sorry about your diagnosis @WarmJellyfish . At least you know now. I hope they can do something to help you out. Do inhalers help with that?

    You're doing great @Jhardyman1 .

    You're killing the C25K @brnlow .
