Bought a pedometer yesterday and it's great, I can tell I burnt off 10.4g fat on my 35 min walk.......at the very least, as it's about 85% humidity outside!!0 -

I couldn't post on here over the weekend because I only use the app on my phone at weekends. So...

DAY 1:
I did day 1 of the 30 Day Shred
= 237 calories.

DAY 2:
I did day 2 of the 30 Day Shred plus 2 hours of ironing and cleaning
= 566 calories.

DAY 3:
I did day 3 of the 30 Day Shred and tonight I am doing my Body Pump class followed by my Body Balance class
= 650 calories.

The only thing that bugs me is that I'm having to go with what is on the database in terms of how many calories I've burnt. I'm DESPERATE to get a HRM so I can see exactly how much I'm burning. But at least I'm getting a rough idea.

Day 3....& it's raining in Brisbane Australia Which means doing more landscaping and a good calorie burn went with the rain

I had an unexpected house guest and couldn't do any afternoon exercise... so I didn't go over my cals from y'day.

And I don't know that I'll be good tomorrow either since I'm at work all day and house guest is couch surfing. Will try my hardest!0 -

October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned

Monday's are bad days for me due to work so I'll count it as my rest day.0

***Just a wee reminder, can everyone log as written below so that we can all easily see what has been done, and also how much extra you have done since the previous day!! The deal is to do a little extra each day and log that extra, even if it's just one calorie. Remember there is a whole month to go so don't burn out too early. Everyone is doing fabby so far, well done!!

Workout type: Cross Trainer & Doggy walk (in 38degree heat I might add!!! Yes, even at 8pm!)

+ (since previous day): 233 cals (should really only read 3 cals + as I didn't include the dog walk in Saturday's log)0
