Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a 45 minute spin followed by core and yoga from Peloton.
Thelma, great workouts. It has definitely cooled down here. Last night I had to put on a long sleeve shirt to sit outside after dinner. I know we are going to get hot again before winter arrives, but what a nice and needed break this is right now.
Laurie, great workouts. I am glad you are enjoying the cooler weather as well. I feel the same way this summer….just didn’t get stuff done that we normally do. But I suppose the trade off was playing golf again, and it has been worth it. But, boy, my windows sure could stand to be washed. 😮 Enjoy your time with your grandsons. Grandparents are so very important and it makes me sad that your DHs brother and wife don’t see theirs very often. I will always treasure the time I spent with my grandparents.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! Tuesday's workouts were walking, Yin and CG Abs.
It was a beautiful fall like day here and temps by tomorrow morning could be in the high 40's! No rain though.Laurie, great workouts!
I hope you have a wonderful grandma time with the boys! You and your daughter are lucky to live close to each other.
I love fall weather too!Laurel, great workouts!
We've been lucky with the cold fronts this summer. We had another cold front too. I love it! People here are calling this weather "fake fall".See you tomorrow!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a blast from the past. I started with Supersets from Cathe’s Body Blast series and followed it with Low Impact Challenge from the Low Impact Series. I surprised myself by enjoying both even though both have been hit or miss with me for years. I followed it with yoga.
Thelma, great workouts. It continues to be beautiful here as well. What I love most is the humidity has calmed down. I have gotten so used to my hair being a fuzzy frizzy mess this summer that I almost don’t recognize it today. I do think this is a Fake Fall, but I will take it nonetheless. But it has put me in the mood to bake. I haven’t…..yet. 🙂
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies. It was a very sad day at our house. We had to say goodbye to our elderly female dog. She was very old, almost blind, incontinent and senile. We loved her and took care of her every day. I miss her.
I was too sad to lift weights, so I didn't. I went to yoga and walked.
I had lunch with my friends and there was a lot of gossip about the studio owners. We don't think the studio is coming back. They got evicted and the husband hasn't paid the instructors since June. He is the reason for their failure because he's not good with money. She works really hard. He doesn't work at all. She's still hoping to have some online classes. I heard she wants to do her sculpting class, but I didn't hear anything about yoga classes.
I don't see how they could possibly rent another studio when they got evicted for not paying rent at their current space.I'll be trying an Iyengar yoga next Wednesday at the BR Arts Center. I love the idea of learning proper alignment and precise technique.
This Lesser-Known Yoga Practice Is Arguably The Most Accessible
Iyengar is a form of hatha yoga that focuses on proper alignment and precise technique. Through slower movements and an emphasis on quality over quantity, Iyengar yoga combines asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath) to build strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Travis Eliot has a 30-day power yoga rotation that I may do. He also has lots of Yin classes.
The weather was perfect today. It was a perfect early fall day. The temperature was 50 degrees at 8 AM!
The weathermen are saying that the winter here in GA will be cold and dry. I saw that AL will be mild and dry too. I am not crazy about the dry part because I'll be worrying about fires.
Laurel, great workouts! I'm sure the cooler weather helped you enjoy those workouts.
I'm glad you're having beautiful weather too. I discovered new curly hair styling products this summer, so my hair has been very well behaved. LOL
See you tomorrow!

Morning Ladies,
Had a great time with the boys. They grow up so fast, and of course the oldest favorite word is NO! We both spent a lot of time together yesterday, it was so nice out. There was just enough of a breeze, so standing outside pushing the swing wasn't bad for mosquitoes.
Yesterday they came to the house when I had about 20 min left of my workout. I got in my yoga and Mobility 1. This morning was yoga and Tri Sets Total Body.
Laurel, Great job with all the workouts! Nice that you enjoyed the LIS workout. Maybe absence makes for a better workout when you revisit it again. Funny that you mentioned the window washing. DH and I did the outside of the windows on Tuesday. I wanted to get that done before it got to cold and we didn't get it done. Glad that you are able to get in the golfing, that is best for your mental health.
Thelma, I'm so sorry about your dog! Sounds like she had a great life with you and your DH. Great job with the workout on Tuesday. The one thing I have enjoyed this summer is air drying my hair. Youngest dd gives me product to try out, so that has been fun. To bad about the yoga instructor, you can't build a business if you don't pay your bills.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a 45 minute spin and core and yoga from Peloton. The spin was from two years ago and is my favorite class on the Peloton platform, so it was a super enjoyable workout. After all those endurance rides I have been doing for months, I needed a spin where I could just lose myself in the music.
Thelma, I am so sorry to hear about your puppy. That had to be a hard decision, but no doubt you made the last years of her life wonderful. I’m also sorry to hear about the yoga studio. Like Laurie said, you can’t build a business without paying the bills. I feel so sorry for the owner in that it wasn’t her that lost the business. She must be so frustrated. I don’t know how I feel about a mild and dry winter. I think I would prefer mild and wet or cold and wet or dry. Mild and dry sounds like all of the bugs will stay alive and that isn’t good.
Laurie, great workouts. I am glad you enjoyed your time with your grandsons and had great weather for it. DH and I are going to tackle the windows this weekend. My sister has decided to come visit for a few days in a couple of weeks, and I would be embarrassed if I didn’t do something about them. They really are bad. 😎 But since it is a long weekend, we will still be able to play golf. 😊
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! Thursday's workouts were warm power yoga and walking. I think/hope I figured out what has been upsetting my stomach. I've been living with this subtle nausea and before every meal I seem to have a panic attack because I rather not eat than eat whatever is on my plate. It's been horrible and there have been days when I don't even eat 1000 calories.
I've been taking a supplement that paired with algae calcium helps regenerate bone and I just read it can cause nausea. I am going to stop taking it starting tonight to see if my stomach gets better. Wish me luck!Thank you for your kind words about our sweet doggy. We had such tender feelings for her because she was such a sweet dog. I loved watching DH tenderly carry her outside to go potty and then put her diapers on. She had the weirdest noisiest claws. She wandered around the house all day long because of her dementia, so the claws clicking sound on the floor was a constant sound. I miss that sound and I expect to see her walking around the house. I mentioned that to DH and he said she was still here.
No rain again, but there may be some showers over the weekend. Another cold front is coming next week! Yaaay!
Laurie, I'm so glad you had a great time with the boys.
Great workouts!
I've been living my hair partially air dry. You are lucky your DD gives you product to try for your hair. I follow a Canadian curly hair influencer and learn about products from her.You definitely can't build a business if you don't pay your bills. The new news about them closing the studio spread like wildfire. It's amazing how gossip spreads so quickly here. I don't see how anyone would want to do business with them because the realtor they were dealing with is a big shot and a politician in town. I'm sure he'll make sure no one wants to lease them anything.
Laurel, great workouts!
It was a very hard decision to let our dog go. She let us know herself that it was time when she stopped eating.
The owner/instructor has lost a lot of weight, and she wasn't fat. I mentioned the weight loss, and she said it was due to stress. I feel bad for her, and she just married the guy who doesn't pay the bills. They've been together for 10 years, so it's not like she doesn't know what he is like.
A mild winter will definitely keep the bugs alive. Have you seen any cicadas? I've been finding one here and there for the first time in six years!
Have fun cleaning the windows and playing golf!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was 2.0 Giant Sets Total Body, Cathe Live Cardio Core Express and Peloton yoga.
Thelma, great workouts. I really hope stopping the supplement makes you feel better. I am so hesitant to take medications for the reason you are suffering. I hope you start feeling better soon. We have had a lot of cicadas this summer. One morning I went out to feed the birds, and there was a dead one on the deck steps. Or at least I thought it was dead until I reached out to try to sweep it off the step (it was HUGE), and it woke up with a scream and flew away. Scared me to no end and it was so loud!! I prefer they stay in the trees. 🙂 It does sound like your pup was ready to go if she stopped eating. She sounds like a sweet dog. I am sorry your yoga instructor is going through this. But if she has been with her husband that long, well…..but I still hope things work out for her.
Enjoy the long weekend!

Hi Ladies! I hope you had a great weekend. The weather here was beautiful.
Friday's workouts were walking, sculpting and restorative yoga.
Saturday - walking.
Sunday - Walking and CG Epic Heat Day 20 - Tabata Full Body Heat.
Monday - walking and Travis Eliot Power Yoga for Strength and Flexibility.Laurel, great workouts!
I would've never expected the cicada to scream! I've found a couple on the ground but didn't disturb it.My stomach is back to normal now that I've stopped the supplement I started taking for my bones. Yaay.
See you tomorrow!

Morning Ladies,
Our Labor Day weekend was very nice. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. On Friday we went up north for the internment of my Dad. That was Saturday morning, and then afterward my Mom invited people for a lunch. We left there about 1PM and got home after 6. We spent Sunday on what we wanted to work on. Me sewing and DH working on his car. Both of us where tired from the travel. Yesterday we went to the oldest and spent time with them and the youngest came there also. Of course it's always my pleasure to be with the grandbabies. They are both growing way to fast.
My workouts where yoga and XTrain All Out Low Impact HiiT. Not one of my fav's but I did it. No workout on Saturday, on Sunday I did yoga and the last workout 2.0 Total Body Stretch. I have decided that I will work out with Michelle Briehler this month. My first workout was yesterday and it was a Total Body Strength workout and this morning was Standing Cardio Core & Floor. I enjoyed both workouts, and also the yoga before each workout.
Laurel, Nice job with the workouts! Glad to hear that you are really enjoying getting back into the spin workouts. I hope that you had a chance to get in some golf this weekend. How fun that your sister is coming to visit. I was shocked at how dirty our windows where. You don't realize until you clean them and then look out the window from the inside.
Thelma, Great job with all your workouts! I'm so glad to hear that you are able to eat again. Interesting how those supplements can disturb your bodies function. That had to be a relief for you. I'm sure that you will feel the presence of your pup for a while, she sounds like she was a great dog.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! I am glad your weekend went well. Ours did also. We, too, had beautiful weather. We played golf both Saturday and yesterday which was fun. Sunday we worked on chores all day, including washing the windows. It was a long, exhausting day but it was worth it to be able to get on the golf course yesterday, especially since DH is leaving tomorrow for a work trip. I will have plenty of time to do more chores while he is gone.
For workouts, on Saturday I did LITE Rev’d Up Rumble with the calorie crush followed by Peloton yoga. Sunday was 2.0 Supersets Total Body, and Step Boss IMAX 4 with the extended chair stretch. Yesterday was a fun 45 minute spin and Peloton core and yoga. Today was Cathe’s Total Body Barbell workout and Gloved Up and Sweaty. I also finished up my third 30 day core program with Peloton, and I think I am done with those for a little while. My core is stronger, but some of the workouts over the last couple of weeks have been 20-30 minutes long and it is a bit much after a 2.0 workout. Anyhow, I also did yoga today.
Thelma, great workouts. I am glad you enjoyed good weather this weekend as well. Today we have rain which is very welcome as things have been getting dry. I am so happy to hear you are feeling better! That has to be a huge relief.
Laurie, great workouts. Sounds like you have a good plan going forward as well. I am glad you got to spend time with family this weekend, though no doubt the trip up to your Mom’s must have been difficult. I am glad you took a day to decompress. I am also glad you had great weather this weekend. You aren’t kidding about realizing how dirty the windows are until you clean them. It makes a huge difference. If I recall correctly, your DH's surgery is tomorrow. I hope all goes well.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! Today was a scheduled recovery day, so I did ICE Low Impact Sweat, ICE core 2 and some wonderful yoga.
Thelma, great workouts. Hope you continue to feel well. And I hope you are enjoying the nice weather. Our temperatures are warm again, but without the humidity so it feels wonderful.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! I went to try the Iyengar yoga class. It was different than anything I've done before, but I liked it. The 84-year-old instructor is amazing and doesn't look like she's anywhere near 80. I got some pretty good stretching during the class.
Wednesday's workouts: walking, yoga and Tracy Steen lower body. I was too tired to do a CG workout.
We got two 1 minute long passing showers.
Laurel, great workouts!
I did enjoy the weather. It was perfect!
See you tomorrow!

Morning Ladies,
DH's surgery went well, he will have the catheter in until Friday. Today he is having some bladder spasms. I just let him know that he is now aware how labor can feel. We didn't get home until around 7pm last night.
I didn't get in any workouts yesterday, but this morning was yoga and Legs, Calves and Abs. Really enjoyed this workout also, everything was done for 3 sets.
Laurel, Great job with those workouts! I was eyeing up the Gloved Up and Sweaty for one of my days also. Nice that you where able to get in two rounds of golf this weekend. I'm guessing that those windows are shining. I'm thankful that we don't have a lot of windows in our house.
Thelma, Love the workouts! So glad to hear that you enjoyed the yoga class. Glad that I started to do yoga, since it seems that in my 80's I can still be enjoying it. We had rain on and off yesterday. DH actually had a nice view from his room in the hospital. It had lake MI to one side and the city skyline on the other.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was 2.0 Trisets Total Body, X10 Low Impact and hip focused yoga from Peloton. When I talked to DH this morning (he is away), he told me he has started a 28 day chair yoga rotation. I have no idea where that came from, but it makes me so happy that he is giving it a try. His flexibility is an issue for sure.
Thelma, great workouts! I am so happy you enjoyed the new yoga. Having an instructor in her 80s is so inspirational. Like Laurie said, I am so glad I have started doing yoga regularly. I hope I can be doing it in my 80s as well.
Laurie, great workouts. I am so glad your DH’s surgery went well. Hopefully the spasms ease up. I have had some of those, and they are painful. Hopefully after Friday he can get on the road to full recovery.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! I had to keep Thursday's workouts on the gentle side. I pulled something in my back while vacuuming with our very heavy vac. We need a new one!
I walked and a Travis Eliot full body stretch class. It felt good.
We got .4 inches of rain overnight and .5 on Thursday evening.Laurie, great workouts!
I'm so glad your DH's surgery went well. You're too funny telling him that now he is aware of what labor can feel like! I hope he is feeling much better. His hospital room's view sounds beautiful! If we keep doing yoga, we will be able to do it until the day we die.
Laurel, great workouts!
OMG! How wonderful that your DH has started doing a chair yoga workout. That is so cool! The arts center offers a class just for men. I've been telling DH that he should do it. He always says he should, but does nothing about it.I hope we'll all be doing yoga well into our 80's and beyond.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a 45 minute spin, yoga and lawn mowing. 🙂 While it is pretty warm here, it isn’t nearly as humid as it was last time I mowed so it felt far less brutal. But it was still 12,000 steps, so I count it as a workout. 😎
Thelma, I’m sorry you hurt your back. Hopefully it feels better soon. Great workouts even if gentle. We are very dry here, so I envy your rain. But we may get storms later today and some rain tomorrow. I hope so. Everything looks a little dead right now. I was so shocked when DH mentioned the chair yoga. But he has been doing some stretching every morning recently before he does a quick workout, and I think he has noticed a difference. I also think playing golf has reminded him how important it is to stay flexible, especially through the core. No matter the cause, I am just so happy he is thinking about stuff like this.
Enjoy the weekend.

Hi Ladies! I hope you had a nice weekend. Ours was nice and we actually got some rain Friday and Saturday; which was nice. Friday afternoon was muggy.
Our chances of rain for this week are 0-1%.My workouts on Friday were walking and Tracy Steen Upper Body.
Saturday - walking.
Sunday - walking and CG Epic Heat Day 21 - Glutes.Laurel, great workouts! Mowing your lawn is quite a workout! Good job!
My back feels better, thank you.
Things are not dead looking here thanks to the 1.6 inches of rain we got last week. They'll start to look a little rough this week, though.
I'm so glad your DH figured out that he needed to stay flexible and found a way to do it. I'm happy for both of you.Have a wonderful week!

Morning Ladies,
We had a very nice weekend temperature wise it was into the low 50's. Spent a lot of time outside just getting everything cleaned up. No walnuts yet, but I'm sure they will be falling soon. We trimmed back some of the dead things and cleaned up some weeds. DH catheter has been removed, but he still isn't feeling everything is working correctly. He has a call into the doctor right now, and hopefully they can give him some information that will help. Hopefully he doesn't have to go in for any more surgery.
I didn't workout on Friday since I had to drive DH to the doctor, and then we spent time at the oldest dd's until DH had to go into his next appointment to see if he was doing okay without the catheter. Saturday and Sunday where just yoga and gardening. This morning was Triceps, Biceps and Abs.
Laurel, Great job with all the workouts. Nice that your DH is doing the chair yoga, it will help for sure. I have a friend that is doing the chair yoga and she really enjoys it. I think that DH isn't having the spasms, he is just having to push to urinate and he doesn't think that is what should be happening. I don't know so hopefully the doctor can give him some information.
Thelma, Nice job with the workouts. Glad to hear that you didn't injure you back. Good to hear that your area received some rain. I really hope that DH's issues clear up for him, he really needs to get back on the exercise bandwagon.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! I hope you enjoyed the weekend. Mine was quiet but good. I spent the bulk of both days doing some deep cleaning on the house. It is never fun doing that, but I am happy with all that I got done. Saturday was a very rainy day, but yesterday was about as perfect an autumn day we can get this early in September. Cold in the morning, sunny and bright but not hot in the afternoon. Beautiful.
For workouts, on Saturday I did 2.0 Giant Sets Total Body, Step Moves and yoga. Yesterday was a 30 minute spin, Cathe’s live class from last week which was Sit-Ups and Planks Express, and yoga. Today was Fit Tower Total Body, Cathe Live Cardio Boxing Arms and Abs and yoga.
Thelma, great workouts. The rain we got on Saturday has really helped liven things up here, but, like you, that will be temporary with 90 degree days returning at the end of the week and no rain in the forecast. We can have 90s well into October, and I am just glad that this year we are getting little autumn breaks so it doesn’t feel like an endless summer from April to Halloween.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! My yoga studio owner started online classes via Zoom. I was the only one online today, so I basically had a private class. It was a nice vinyasa flow, pretty much like the one she does in her warm power yoga. I had a space heater on, so it was warm on my end. She has one class everyday Monday through Friday. I don't how long this will last if only a few people take the classes. She's not making money from me because I have the yearly membership.
I hardly slept on Sunday night. I got up early to do the yoga class and I was on the go the rest of the day. We are making the six hours round trip to UGA with our cat for a follow-up appointment. I spent a good part of the afternoon baking for the veterinarian because she's been really good to us. I don't know if she's allowed to receive gifts though.
My workouts on Monday were walking and yoga. I probably won't get more than a short walk in tomorrow.
Laurie, great workouts! I'm glad your DH had the catheter removed. He shouldn't have to push in order to urinate. Hopefully, it's only a matter of time before he goes back to normal. He had a catheter in for a long time.
Laurel, great workouts! Good job deep cleaning! I need to do that too.
The weather here has been beautiful too. I'm starting to see dry leaves around the driveway. The dogwoods go first. Our first chance of rain is next Tuesday!
See you tomorrow!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a 45 minute spin followed by 30 minutes of Peloton yoga + Pilates.
Laurie, sorry I missed your post yesterday. I am glad your DH is free from the catheter, and I hope he gets some answers from the doctor that will help him feel better. Great workouts especially given everything that is going on with your DH right now. I am glad you were able to do some things in your garden. Our yard is already filling up with acorns. I haven’t been out to pick them up yet because I am kind of hoping the deer and squirrels will take care of them. But so far…..they aren’t.
Thelma, great workouts. I am glad you joined your yoga instructor for the Zoom session, and I hope she can get more people to join as well. I hope your long trip to the vet goes well and your kitty is all good. It is so nice of you to bake for your veterinarian. I hope she can accept them.
See you tomorrow.

Morning Ladies,
I'm really tired today, and only had the energy for yoga.
Yesterday I had to take DH to the ER. They put the catheter back in, he has a bladder infection and blood clots from the surgery. The ER doc said that he shouldn't have had the catheter removed. While we where driving back home, DH started to have itchy ears, eyes and throat. He was having an allergic reaction to the antibiotic that the ER gave him. So we went to another ER that was on the way home. DH is allergic to penicillin and apparently this antibiotic. They gave him what they normally give to some one suffering from a reaction. After all this we finally got home after midnight. It took a while to wind down, and I was very late getting up this morning. I can admit that I'm a bit crabby today. 😉
Laurel, Great job with all your workouts! Glad your area received some rain, but those temps are hard to deal with. We are headed into the 70's which isn't all that bad, but after this wonderful coolness it will be warm. Sounds like you are getting the lovely fall mornings with the cooler weather. Sounds like you where a busy lady getting the deep cleaning done.
Thelma, Awesome job with the yoga! How fun to have your own class via zoom. You are so thoughtful to give your vet something. I'm sure it will be appreciated by the staff. DH will have the catheter in until Monday of next week. He had an appointment this morning, and they said he will need to take the new antibiotic also. Hope your trip is a good one, that is a long time to be in the car.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! We had a really long day today. We left the house at 9 and returned at 5:15PM. The appointment was super long. We had sandwiches and snacks with us so we wouldn't have to stop anywhere for food or drinks.
I walked the hospital's long hallway while I waited for them to return my cat to me. I also got a short walk in when I got home.Laurel, great workouts!
The vet when nuts over the bread and she shared it with the nurses. I think they devoured it in a matter of minutes. LOL. I'm so glad I made the bread for her.Laurie, I'm sorry your poor DH developed a bladder infection and blood clots from the surgery. Good thinking to take him to another ER when he started to feel the allergic reaction. I hope he is feeling better now.
The vet and nursing staff loved the bread. I wish I'd made more for them.See you tomorrow!

Morning Ladies,
This morning was yoga and Shoulders & Thighs. Nice workout!
Thelma, Nice job getting in the walking every little bit helps. Glad to hear that the vet and nurses enjoyed the bread you made. We usually pack a lunch when we go on those long drives. I like stopping at the rest areas just to enjoy being out of the car. DH is feeling much better, and no reaction to these antibiotics. I'm very happy to be around him again, he was so crabby.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was 2.0 Supersets Total Body, RWH Low Impact HiiT 2 and core 1 and yoga.
Thelma, great idea walking the hall at the vets. I am glad your day went well, even though it was so long. I am glad everybody enjoyed the bread. It sounds very much appreciated.
Laurie, great workouts. But yikes on what your DH has been going through. No doubt I would have been cranky too after all that. But I am glad he is feeling better now. Hopefully the extra time with the catheter will be successful and then he can fully recover.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies! Wednesday's workouts were walking, precision yoga and Tracy Steen lower body. I was too tired to get my rear end kicked by CG.
I was so tired this morning that I didn't want to go to the yoga class at the arts center, but my hips were hurting, so I went. I walked out of there feeling like new! I still can't believe that lady is 84 years old.
Laurie, I'm so glad your DH is feeling better.
Great workout! Did you hear CG posted one of her new workout programs for free in YT? It's called Iron Pro. I believe it's her latest program too. The one in YT is only six weeks. The one in the app is 10 weeks.
We couldn't afford to stop at rest stops. We never imagined the appointment would be super long.
Laurel, great workouts!
Thank goodness the hospital is big, and I had the length of the building to walk. They really appreciated the bread. I wish I'd baked other goodies too.See you tomorrow!

Morning Ladies,
This morning was yoga and Sprint Interval Training. Michelle based this off of Dr. Stacy Sims SIT training. I liked it because it was short. She did burpees and jump squats. I was very happy that I was able to do all the jumping. My knees didn't bother me at all.
I may not be on tomorrow, the oldest is coming over with the boys.
Laurel, Great job with the workouts! I to am thankful that DH is feeling better, he is so much better to be around when he isn't hurting.
Thelma, Love the workouts! Glad that your yoga class made you feel so much better. Funny how that sitting in a car can really make the body tired. I have always experienced that when traveling to my Moms. I did see that CG put up a new workout. So far I'm enjoying the workouts that Michelle is doing. Seems to be just what I need right now.
Have a great weekend!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a fun 45 minute spin followed by core and yoga from Peloton.
Thelma, great workouts. I’m glad your yoga class felt so good. Some days it really is a struggle to workout, but I find that those days are often the ones I get the best benefits from.
Laurie, great workouts. I’m happy your knees handled that workout. Between my knees and feet, I have good days and bad days for sure. But I still try to do most everything just to see if it still works. Enjoy your day with your family!
See you tomorrow.
