    Yesterday, while at Gold's Gym, I saw a tshirt that read "Stronger than Yesterday". When I hit my next goal, I'm going to buy it. I started thinking...how many times in your life are you really faster, stronger, smarter, etc than yesterday? Many people talk about their Glory Days; but, why can't the Glory Days be yesterday, today or tomorrow? We are constantly creating our past by doing something amazing today! Now that I'm over 40, I can see and feel like my best days are behind me. However, NOW when I think those thoughts, I'm reminded that I can change my past and it starts with what I decide to do today. So team, make it a great day...rewrite your past...you can do it...and you know what - it's your decision! Live well!

    Hey guys, sorry I have been completely MIA! About a week and a half a go I started having abdominal pain and ton of nausea. It really hasn't stoped goes in waves of really bad to not so bad. I hate waiting, everything has taken so long to figure out what is going on!! I even went to the ER when it got real bad sunday and i feel like they blew me off. I am sure it's my gallbladder but now i am waiting for results of a scan I had yesterday. :frown:

    Hey, all, I've decided I need to bow out of this challenge. I'm sorry, but I am not keeping up with my exercises challenge wise and so I want to be able to focus on the exercises that are working for my body, not what someone else decides.

    Have fun and I still want to keep up with everyone's successes through being friends on here! Sorry for letting you all down.

    Sorry to hear about that. Don't feel like you're letting us down...you're not. You're just doing what you believe works for your body and we don't blame you for that! Good luck with everything! As long as you're losing and/or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you're already a winner to us!

    Guys, I'm so proud of you all for how far you all have come in the past few weeks (and those who've been here from the beginning, you're dedication shows no bounds!).

    I only have totals for 3 people (including myself) and I still need totals for 7 more!!!

    I stop taking totals at 8AM Central Time Monday Morning (a couple hours after I get home from work) That gives you some extra time to get in some final squats or more water!

    I'm going to start sending out messages in less than an hour to those who haven't sent totals in.

    Come on Explosives! We are so close to the end!
