Day 5 Level 1 for me today - got up at 5.50am so I could fit it in before work0

L1 D3 completed I am finding it a lot easier and when I woke this morning I was not as sore as the day before. Looking forward to seeing the results have taken some pictures from day one and if I pluck up the nerve I will post them after the 30 days.

before I found that the day after I did level three was a complete change, the pain went away in my quads and it was better, i had to quit after that due to contracting bronchitis but I have faith that tomorrow is going to be better!0

Today is D4 L1 for me and I am finally able to walk comfortably after three days of walking like an 80 year old around the office. It does get better.0 -
Level 1 day 4 done! and i totally agree that this was the first day i could walk normal too!0

D3L1 - 8 Days complete!
I've been doing this level for a little a week (but i decided not to count those days with this group) and i can already see my endurance level going up. its really awesome!
TO HELP WITH SORENESS:
I drink a class of 1% fat chocolate milk after each one of her sessions and its like magic! I'm hardly ever sore. The only soreness i had was in the first 2 days. lol its awesome.
-and the chocolate milk helps curb my chocolate cravings too. so thats always a plus because im addicted to chocolate and i havent touched it (other than the milk of corse) in over a week! and thats a really long time for me.0 -

W1D3 Done + 8 km run! Sore tired but knowing i earned my extra food today! lol hope everyone else had a great night! And i can hardly wait for the soreness to go away!0

I did think last night I was so sore I might not be able to do it today but although I was sore this morning I wasn't as bad as I thought I'd be so I shredded! Proud of myself for doing so too!
Apparently after D4 it gets easier so I wanted to keep going to break through the pain!0 -

Those of you who haven't done the shred before, has anybody had a sneaky peak at level 2 or 3 yet, I am dying to, but it scares me so I daren't ..................0

D4L1 - 9 days complete!
worked out before I have to go to work. I would have never worked out before work! aaah its a new me0 -
L1D3 done and I really pushed today (or so my legs are telling me!)
As for level 2 and 3 - lets just say you will need as much upper body and core strength as you can muster... keep working on the push ups in level 10 -
And to those of you struggling through the pain of D2 or D3 - after day 4 or 5 it won't hurt so much, but keep pushing hard...0

Hey can I ask what you ladies (and gents if there are any!) are logging the 30DS as and for how long? I have put 20 mins of circuit training but I noticed a few people putting 30 mins.0

I just started on 10/12/11 and it is seriously the hardest workout I've ever had in 20 minutes. I was doing the old Tony Horton Power 90 every day for a couple of weeks, the level 3-4 and those are about 40 minutes and I thought that this one would be easy comparatively. HA HA HA HA, Jillian kicks my butt! I was blown away. I love how hard it is, I feel like I really get a hard workout. So, today I'm L1D3. I will post my measurements later, they're at home. I also took before pictures cuz I really hope to see a change in 30 days! Thanks for starting this thread, I'm excited for the accountability and to read everyone else's progress! WE CON DOOOO EET!!!0

Yeah, we haven't really figured out how much to put down. I'm one of the 30 minute loggers lol.. I need to seriously look into how long it really is. I am planning on getting a body bugg this weekend to use instead. We'll see how it goes0 -
L1D4 complete Love that me and my sister are doing this together. She came over this morning and we did it before work because we knew tonight would be rough getting it in before going out with friends. So proud of us all for making this a priority. I've seen a couple others of you say the same thing
Honestly though, you guys are motivating me to keep going, thanks so much for joining!!!! I'm so happy we're all in this together. Accountability!!!!!!
