so I have great news!!!!!!!! I finally figured out how to set my HRM wooooooooo go me and my technologically slow self!
or maybe not?!? it says i only burnt 33 cals doing level 1 of 30DS? HELP this cant be right... can it?0 -
D5L1 done, it's getting easier but I can still feel it "isn't that right buddy?" Sorry I cringe everytime she says it. Added 20 min of stairs afterwards, and have Yoga Bootcamp tonight. Feeling good!!0

Had to take a break. Knee getting really sore and I have a 5K tomorrow. Will start back tomorrow or Sunday, depending on how the knee is doing post race.0

I just couldn't bring myself to do all that jumping around that level 1 has... So instead of L1D4 of 30DS I opted for L1 of Ripped in 30 instead. I plan doing L1D4 30DS this weekend.0

About to go home and head straight to the gym to log my last Week 1 C2K5 workout and from there head straight home where i will immediately have Jillian frickin' Michaels trying her best to kill me. I won't go down without a fight!!!0

Day 5 Level 1 Complete!!! :bigsmile: I can't believe I made it five days in a row!! Normally I do my workout in the morning before work, but I over slept this morning so I got it in now. I'm super happy about it! Depending on how busy I am tomorrow I might do two workouts, one in the morning and one in the evening.0

Uh oh - I was excited when I read your first post because I just got my HRM and haven't set it up yet so was inspired by your excitement but now I'm worried maybe mine'll be off too. 33 calories doesn't seem right at all...0 -

Went over my calories by a lot and didnt work out yesterday...ugh...so annoyed with myself. But i did get back on track today so Day 4 level 1 is done. man jillian is kicking my butt...I am such a weakling. This workout is tough!0

Behind but Day 4 Level 1 complete! i somehow managed to do a C2K5 workout afterwards. I'm loving this. Is anyone else finding certain moves easier yet? i'm beginning to get better at the "butt kicks", jumprope, and some strength moves, like arm flies. what about you guys?
