I am down .5 pounds, to 129.7 this week. I finally broke through to the 120's! :bigsmile: I have not been at this weight since I was teenager, over 30 years ago!! :noway:

I am up almost as starting the challenge again. I am disappointed, but I certainly was playing more with caloriest his week. My number is 11.8, yes believe it or not.

Same as last week - I need to figure this out. I lost 8 pounds during the last 10 week challenge. 7 weeks in to this one and I am at less than 1 pound lost total. Clearly I need to make a change.

Okay, I've been a total pig this week with a gain of 3.6lbs (so 155.6lbs :blushing: ). I don't know what it is but as soon as my son is home for the holidays I fail to stick with it - I know, no excuse!
I will try much harder next week and hopefully it will come off as quickly as it went on.
