I am down .5 pounds, to 129.7 this week. I finally broke through to the 120's! :bigsmile: I have not been at this weight since I was teenager, over 30 years ago!! :noway:

I am up almost as starting the challenge again. I am disappointed, but I certainly was playing more with caloriest his week. My number is 11.8, yes believe it or not.

Okay, I've been a total pig this week with a gain of 3.6lbs (so 155.6lbs :blushing: ). I don't know what it is but as soon as my son is home for the holidays I fail to stick with it - I know, no excuse!
I will try much harder next week and hopefully it will come off as quickly as it went on.

probably cause your getting closer to goal. I want to lose my final 3-4lbs and its taking me FOREVER, last "season" I too lost about 8lbs, this time around not so much... i need to step it up!0 -
Weight today 153.8lbs so a loss of 1.8lbs this week. I haven't fully undone the damage from last week but I have started a "21 day - no junk food challenge" and "1000 exercise minutes for November challenge" to help keep me on the straight and narrow :laugh: . Hope everyone has a lovely weekend x0

Great job, jadam, on the loss this week, and nice plan going forward. You rock!! I am down 0.5 this week to 129.2, which I will take, as it was a rocky week with my power going out for 6 days due to the snowstorm (lots of takeout!!). Hope everyone else has success.

I guess I should be happy that it's not going up! The good news is - apparently I know how to maintain.

So far, I am 110.6. I better start planning better! Work stress, busy late hours will do many of the damage and of course poor planning on my part. Have a great weekend everyone and let' continue to stay focus as we have 3 straight weeks. I am going to have to do miracles this next week. Congratulations to all those winners with lots, some and effort in living a healthy life!

It has been a very very very very slow go. I guess I should be happy with any lose, but is painfully slow. Live has just been beyond crazy and to have time to focus on me is almost impossible. I do not recommend you and your spouse working full time, both going to school, and having two small children. Every day that passes I feel my chest getting tigher and tighter with stress. I feel like I can't breath anymore. So hard to get workouts in, so I try really hard to focus on my food.
This week I go into the doctor to have my cholestorol checked. Four years ago I had my chol checked for the first time, my bad chol has not been high, but my good chol has been very very low. I did not have it check again until this April, and the results were the same, even after losing 30 lbs. My doctor wanted me to have my levels checked again after six months. So here we are, about 30 more lbs down and hopefully my good chol is up. We will see.
