Did the 5 mile Advanced Walk - 2 fast miles, 1 w/weights, 1 w/ab belt, 1 w/stretchie.
Goal for October - 100 miles
Miles completed - 95
Miles to go - 50 - 
            Completed 1.5 miles at work and 4 fast miles tonight. Yay!

            Hey does anyone know if you can get the music to the dvd's on a music player or a chip for my phone? I love walking at home but I'd love to actually take a walk out side and keep up with the beat of the music0
