    So proud of myself!! I did 10 REAL jumping jacks (no modifications!) before my back and knees really protested and then did 25 modified ones. Really got the heartrate up! Also did my 21's, ate 4 servings f/v and drank 104 oz water. Was going to try to do pushups too, but I'm too tired!

    YAY!! I'm glad they had it =) But..... I've challenged everyone on our team to drink the 100+ oz anyways -- it's really good for us!!! So.... drink, jump, curl, repeat!!!

    Crazy, stressful, fun day at work today!

    Only got in 8 glasses of water today-was working an associate event at work and we ran out! Did 25 jumping jacks (modified-my back is sore today) and 2 sets of 21's-cause I like that exercise. I think it is time to increase the weight there!

    I want to share the support I am getting at work too. My boss bought pizza today for the people that work working the associate event, which was really nice and I can have pizza or anything else I want. But she was all apologies because the pizza place does not sell salads. She even offered to go to another place just to get the salad for me! I really wanted pizza anyway, so I told her not to worry about it-but I thought it was really thoughtful of her to consider my needs.

    14 X 8 = a lot! More specifically-112 oz. And that's a lot of water. Hope you bust this plateau out of here!

    jumping jacks: yes: 200. took me about 5 minutes to complete - actual JJ time was 3, the other 2 were for recovery time in between so i didn't keel over. :)

    "Only" 10 glasses of water today-but I got in at least 3 veggies/fruits, did my jumping jacks (25 modified) and a set of 21's before I ran out of time and had to get some stuff done!

    It's a crazy week at work (at 40 hours with 2 days to go!) but I love it. Just not very conductive to exercising!
