Back to using my Health Rider every evening. That will increase my HP points and hopefully decrease my weight too!0 -

Hey, Gryffs! I'm just going to quickly announce the Prefects for time's sake this week. Also, they took away our signatures, so I'm not sure how we should handle our badges and cups from here on out. I'm REALLY bummed about this. But don't worry, we'll figure it out.
The prefects are:
Juliebean_1027 (for weight loss) and Kelsue35 (for Owls & Newts)! Congrats on your super work, girls!
I'm SO proud of the rest of us, too. You guys blow me away with your dedication even when things are busy or difficult.
I'm also in the process of working out a way to even out how OWLs and NEWTs can be earned so people with less time to work out will have a fighting chance. If you have suggestions, they are more than welcome, too0 -

NEWT (food): Plan your meals ahead of time. Log all the food you plan to eat for the day either the night before or in the morning before you start your day. This can help you stay on track and avoid eating impulsively or binging. You earn 5 NEWTs for each day that you log your food ahead of time. Total of 35 NEWTs possible for the week.
***Remember to double check the dates for this challenge! Don't start early and lessen your progress for the current week!
