Only did Zumba Monday and today for 45 min. Hopefully can do it again on saturday as well as Sunday. The thing that is killing me is my food intake. I am making bad choices and not drinking enough water because of the cold. I hate winter!0

Went hiking today and then did Zumba: Advanced tonight. Pretty proud of myself. May reward with a beer :-)

I have been doing Zumba 5 times each week for the first two weeks of November. Weight is 175 lbs today. Having fun with this challenge!0

No difference in inches but lost 0.25lbs taking me to 148.5

Day 13- No zumba rest day- wasn't at home all day

Did Zumba for 45 minutes on Monday, Friday and Sunday. Did lose 2.6 lbs last Wednesday, Nov. 9th, but have not lost any more yet. Hopefully this week will be better.0

Any ideas what the challenge is this week? I shall be zumbaing in a couple of hours so need to make sure I get my time in0

The challenge this week is to go for 60 minutes of Zumba 5 days. If you have to do 2 Zumba sessions a day to get to the 60 minutes, thats fine!! And we're still doing the 8 cups of water a day. INSPIRE AND BE INSPIRED!!0

I only did Zumba twice last week on Mon and Tues TT_TT
I definitely slacked off and probably ate some things I shouldn't have. *sigh*
I drank at least 6-8 cups of water when I was keeping track. However I'm fired up and ready to get back on track.

A slight gain this week but with 3 days on the road (every meal in a restaurant) last week and it's TOM I'm actually fairly pleased with the results.0 -

I know its November 15, but I LOVE, LOVE ZUMBA! I have Zumba for the Wii and I was attending classes twice a week for awhile (which I plan on getting back to). Can I still join??0
