Count me in. I'll get the numbers for you. Was going to start mine tomorrow anyway so this will be good.
What numbers besides weight are we tracking?
Most people are just going by weight on here - so I think for ease this may be a good way to go. Please feel free to track inches as you go and post weekly
I'll do an average weight lost at the end of the challenge too so we are all working on getting that as high as possible :happy:0 -
My weight loss won't be as "dramatic" as my change in measurements. So that being said... these are as of Nov 5.

I would love to be in this as well. I hope you are still accepting people. I have tried to finish the Shred before, but eventually gave up with no motivation, So hopefully having a bunch of other people doing it at the same time and experiencing the same thing will be the push I need to make it through. There will be a couple days where I do 2 workouts in one day because I have Christmas committments and I won't have time on those days to fit in even 20 minutes.
I will add my measurements and weight when I get home after work.0 -

My boyfriend and I started this morning. I dont think we knew what we were in for! LOL I can see this being a big struggle for me and would love to join others if you dont mind! :happy:0

I got all my weights, exercise ball (I like to use it for the flys), fan (cuz I get too hot), itunes (cuz I don't like the dvd music and I don't need to listen to Jillian everyday), and I am ready to roll for the month and hopefully I will get rid of some of my roll.:bigsmile:

Should be interesting to see where we both end up!!! I have to admit I do more than just the Shred. Also jog 3xweek, hot yogax1 and zumba x1/week. It's a busy week.0 -
I'm going to add you now. I did one session 3 days ago, but after two days of intense self defence training, it WAS NOT a good idea. I couldn't walk for the next two!! Feeling a little more human and less full of lactic acid today, so shall start again tomorrow. Will go and do all my measurements right now and will weigh myself again in the morning. I know it's totally not a good idea to rely on the scales because I know I build muscle really quickly.

Thighs: 23 1/2 inches
Arms: 13 inches
Waist: 37 inches
Hips: 41 inches
Chest: 40 inches
Weight is 150

Over the years I've become pretty good with all the nutrition stuff and love cooking and backing (with a healthy twist). and as it seems lately i love talking about it too! haha0

Looks like I'm a little late to the party but count me in. I began the shred on Thanksgiving day, missed yesterday and today, but will pick up tomorrow and do it in the mornings from that point on.
Don't have my measurements yet, will add later, but I'm currently at 163 lbs.

They are different but very similar in premise so feel free to join us. We will aim to do it daily and finish up on Xmas morning...only question.....shall I do it before of after presents? Lol0 -
