My manager gave me a Christmas card with a gift card for California Pizza Kitchen in it.
How should I take this?
A) She's jealous of my weight loss, and wants to sabotage me, or
Is setting me up to be a bad parent if I take my kid with me?
What should I do?
A) Throw the gift card in the trash and spray Windex on it, or
Buy the pizza and then throw it in the trash and spray Windex on it?

You should throw it back in your manager's face, and let them know that it is completely unacceptable because California Pizza Kitchen has processed foods!
You would be killing your child if you take them there! Not to mention the foods are dense in empty calories and you will likely go over your daily limit for one day! 0 -

Your boss probably bought a bunch of them and passed them to everyone not thinking, so just give it to someone you know who loves pizza or just a homeless person. It no different than re-gifting.0
