    wouldn't you know it that the cardio area at the YMCA is DOWN for 3 whole days!!!!! No access to the bike, ugh! so I had to RUN around the gym.....so if any one needs to know it takes 20 (yes, that's TWENTY) labs around a basketball court to make 1 mile.

    Goals for January:

    Swim: 2.4 miles
    Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
    Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

    Totals:

    Swim: 0 miles
    Bike: 0 miles
    Run: 11.2 miles

    Finally got some work in.

    Ran 2 / 26.2 miles
    Biked 6 / 112 miles
    Swam 500 / 4224 yrds (converted for simplicity)

    In reverse order of course.

    Just a trail run tomorrow.

    I'm going to use this to track how I am going against some very good targets.

    Will use the targets above to aim for and see how far short I fall. Doubt I will make all targets as I have only been on and off the gym for the last couple of months with injury/time constraints but hope to get more regular starting now

    Target

    26.2 miles -- Running/ Walking - Walking and eliptical.
    112 miles -- Biking - Usig Stationary bike. This is on my weight days so I think I will fall very short of this
    2.4 Miles -- Swimming or 3863 Meters (As I count 20 meter lengths).

    HM would be Half marathon.

    And I feel your pain about running at the Y, I've been there and done that. That is why I love my new gym, never ever have to wait for a treadmill.

    I finally set up my bike trainer in the basement and logged a half hour. I will wait to update my totals until later. I have a 5 mile run scheduled but there is some heavy snow out, so I may swim instead.
