    Slow start to the month, but I FINALLY made it to the gym today--Walking 1 mile; Ergonometer 3 miles


    Runing Totals:
    * Running/ Walking 4 miles
    * Biking 0
    * Swimming 0


    My January goals:
    * Running/ Walking 30 miles @ ~5 mph (+- 6 hours)
    * Biking 84 miles @ 14 mph (+- 6 hours)
    * Swimming 9 miles @ 1.5 mph (+- 4 hours)

    Is it still Ok to join this?

    I would like to do the 140.4 miles as a total as i am likely to swim it more than anything, but it will get me off my backside to do some cycling and running (well in my case at the moment, slow jogging/walking!)

    So far

    2.1.12 - 1.4 mile walking/jogging
    3.1.12 - 0.372 mile swimming
    4.1.12 - 0.372 mile swimming

    134.9 miles to go - heck that works out at 5 mile per day, might be a tough one, but will give it a go, need to get the bike out this weekend i think!!!

    26.2 miles -- Running/ Walking - Walking and eliptical.
    112 miles -- Biking - Using Stationary bike. This is on my weight days so I think I will fall very short of this
    2.4 Miles -- Swimming or 3863 Meters (As I count 20 meter lengths).

    Have my membership to the local tri club filled out and indoor pool swims start next week!

    Did a trail run this morning. My pace was horrid, but that's not trail running is about. I'm freaking jacked about a trail race I'm about to sign up for.

    How's it going, pals?

    January goals:
    Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
    Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
    Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

    So far (1/7)
    Swim - 1.31 miles
    Bike - 20.89 miles
    Walk/Run - 12.70

    Amazingly, I'm doing relatively better at walk/run than bike or swim. I'm worried about making the biking goal when it's going to be mostly trainer rides this month... I'll try to bike this afternoon.
