Hey guys! I've lost some weight slowly just by eating right since last year, with a year off from exercise I'm back to Zumba Fitness 3 times a week and then yoga 2 times a week (yoga in my home, Zumba with an instructor). I need to lose 10-12 more lbs to be in my ideal body weight which is 130 lbs. After I get to that weight I only want my body to tone up and the less cellulite the better, just being realistic.
I've heard that drinking honey and cinnamon tea (no added sugar) 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner can help you burn fat naturally, is this true?0 -
